Central location, great price, good service

This is a nice hotel near the historic center of Porto Alegre. It's at the bottom of a hill, so be prepared to walk up and down hilly streets to get around. The neighborhood isn't great (there is a fair amount of homeless people on the street, right in front of the hotel), but it never felt unsafe to me. The service is friendly, the rooms are clean, and the internet was good. For the price and convenience, I recommend it.

Me colocaram no quarto 267: a TV estava com um terço da tela queimada, lu seja, a imagem estava parcialmente preta. Me colocaram então no quarto 268 e, agora, a TV realmente estava com a imagem inteira, mas impossibilitada de conectar à internet. Não consegui conectar mesmo após N tentativas. Ou seja, não consegui usar a TV. Tomadas longe da cama e o climatizador simplesmente não aquecia o quarto, fazendo ficar mais frio que do lado de fora.
