I always stay here twice a year on my way up and on my way down from Phoenix to Seattle. I have two small dogs and they do charge $20 per Pet, which is fine with me because the room itself is very reasonable. Very clean rooms. My only complaint is they never have ice in the ice machine and their curtains need to be replaced. I have to finagle them so that nobody can see in. There really isn’t a good place for the dogs to go potty. You need to walk down the street a bit or to the side of the building. Very friendly host and the maids were very accommodating and wonderful to speak to. I called to see if I could check in early and it was no problem. I appreciated that. I will be staying again in September on my return.

I relly enjoyed the clean rooms and the friendly staff, who let me know about all the adventures the area offers. It is also close to shopping and I couldn't believe how quiet the location was. This hotel also has prices that are affordable for all.

Lets preface my review with this is a budget option. Not everyone can handle these type. Small, older motel. You park in tight spots in front of your room. Looked like some " long stayers" there as well. Convenient location to get to 89. A nice grocery store walking distance. Dark room lighting and a large bathroom with dark concrete sealer as the floor covering. There was a small sink and nowhere to put your toiletries or luggage. I recommended it needs a small inexpensive table at least. Driveway pretty rough as well.

The room was spotless and comfortable. The staff was extremely helpful. I enjoy the beauty of Kanab and this hotel makes you feel at home. There is parking in front of your room, and no stairs. They have a laundry room and you can BBQ too! Great people workingbhere, i wont go anywhere else. The price make traveling worth it!

This place is a little sketchy. The pictures definitely look better than the condition of the property actually is but it was clean! If you just need a place to close your eyes for a few hours the sheets are clean and the bed and pillows are comfortable but this won’t be a repeat stay for us.

The staff is very friendly and their cleaning lady was very kind and helpful. There are so many outdoor activities like the Coral Pink Sand Dunes! It was affordable, the rooms are clean and rustic looking, beds are comfortable and you get to park your car right in front of your door. My dogs were happy too ☺️
