This hotel used to be called Thao Dien Village and was much larger. Presumably due to.Covid it is reduced to a single building with no riverfront access. Still a charming place and great value, although reception was sometimes unattended and the breakfast, while free, was far from a highlight. I would stay again, but it's not the property it once was

改装中でした

チェックインよりもかなり早めに行ったのですが、すぐに対応してくれ、早めにお部屋を案内してもらえた点はとても良かったです。改装中だったためか、ほかに宿泊客も殆ど居なかったようで、無償でランクアップしてもらい、バルコニー付きの部屋を案内して頂きました。部屋自体は小さめの間取りでバスタブもなく多少の不便さは感じたものの、バルコニー付きに大変満足しましたが、細やかな清掃（カーテンの下が埃だらけ、バルコニーのソファベッドが汚れているなど）が行き届いていない点、シャワーのみなのに排水が著しく悪い、施設内のスタッフが挨拶をしないなど、改善すべき点はたくさんあると思います。また、改装中の工事の音が日中は仕方ないにしろ、朝8時頃から響きわたったり、施設内全体が工事の人の足跡だらけで埃っぽかったり、ウロウロしていたり、プールなんてとても利用出来る状況ではありませんでした。とても残念でした。朝食はリバーサイドのグリーン溢れてたガーデンで、約10種類程のメニューの中からチョイスします。パンケーキやアメリカンブレックファースト、エッグベネディクトやフォーなど、ひと通りはあります。ブッフェスタイルに慣れていると、少し物足りなさを感じられるかもしれません。夜の食事もレストラン3軒あるようでベトナミーズやイタリアンなど、食べるものには困らず、美味しく頂きました。 1区からの喧騒を離れてゆっくりしたかったので、立地や環境は文句ないのですが、今回は工事中という事でこの評価にします。改装が終わり、スタッフの教育など改善されればもう一度来てもいいかもしれません。

Disappointing hotel

An environment far from comfortable. There is little water pressure in the shower and I can not take a bath. There is a mite in the bed. I was kept waiting for more than an hour even when I ordered breakfast. And even when I asked staff for how many times, tehy said that I could do it soonerly Employees who lie tortatively.

Beautiful hotel resort

I couldn't feel more at peace, and relaxed. I found this place to be very well maintained, as it is perfectly merged inside a giant garden. The staff consistently greets you with a smile, and always willing to meet your needs.

Hotel in beautiful, tranquil setting

Room was nice, but there was a very strong smell of mould and bathroom looked not very clean. Also the room was supposed to have garden view, but that was not the case, we looked on to a wall. The hotel is in a quiet area and has beautiful tranquil setting, nice gardens and two pools and river view. We had a great massage at the spa.

More light please!

Room ŵas clean and comfortable but smaller than I expect in Vietnam. It was also very dark, with just one small window. Nice pool and good choice on menu.

The 避暑地、川を眺めながらお茶して食べてのんでのんびりするのには最適

周りには二区の有名なレストランもいくつかあり、殆ど外国人だらけなので人によるかもしれないけど気兼ねなく過ごせます。天気が悪い時期なので今回はちょっと微妙でしたけど、天気のよい日には素晴らしい景色の中で食事や休暇が楽しめるでしょう。完全にカップル向きですね。

Great mid-range hotel in quiet suburb

Great service from friendly staff. Room was OK: comfy bed. Bit dark with a "garden view" that was in fact a strip of vegetation between hotel and road.

Fabulous hotel in a quiet location

Set In a quiet location with the Saigon river flowing right by the outside restaurants this hotel is excellent. The friendly staff were very attentive and some spoke good English. Taxis were readily available from outside the hotel and a 20 minute journey took you into the heart of Ho Chi Min City. Would deffinately stay there again.

タオディエン地区にずっといるならば

最高だとおもいます。プール、エステでかなりのんびりリラックスできるとおもいます。ただ、ドンコイの方などへ遊びに行く予定が何日もあるようだと、若干、タクシーでの移動が億劫にかんじます。部屋も快適でした。シャワーもいいかんじです。ただ、バスタブがない部屋でしたので、浸かりたい方は、不満に思うかもしれません。タクシーでいくときは、運転手さんが、道を知らないことがほとんどで、住所をみせても、途中で降ろされたり、通りすがりの人に聞いていたりしましたので、要注意です。朝食も美味しかったですが、ブュッフェではないため、大食いのかたには物足りなくかんじることもあるかもしれませんが、とても素敵な朝食ばかりでした。フォーもおいしかったですし、パンケーキもおいしかったです。ただ、エッグベネディクトは、注文から30分以上かかるので要注意です。その他のものも割とのんびりで20分はかかります。のんびりしに来てる方がほとんどだと思うので、気にされないかもしれませんが、あとのスケジュールがギッチリで計画しているかたは、余裕をもって朝食にいかれたほうがよさそうです！

I love Vietnam but......

Suite room's balcony is perfect for tanning and resting but sofa is very very dirty. Thao Dien is located in downtown but it has quiet atmosphere. The cooking is a cheap but it has no taste. I may well think so? And I did not receive service on time although when I ordered room service at a specified time. I also felt badly because of bed. hum...and I love Vietnam.

Wonderful stay in Ho Chi Minh!

Thao Dien Boutique Hotel is absolutely stunning. Its villas are located right on the river with beautiful views of palm trees and passing boats and the hotel property is covered in gorgeous trees and plants and fountains making you feel like you are not in the city at all. The pool area is lovely as are its multiple outdoor dining areas which serve excellent food. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff was extremely pleasant and accommodating. The spa was wonderful as well. Considering how crowded and hectic the city center can be, this was a wonderful way to stay in Ho Chi Minh City and still get a resort-like experience. It was a quick and affordable cab ride into the city center, and the neighborhood around the hotel is lovely with many shops, restaurants, and cafes. We are already looking forward to staying here again.
