The toilet was not flushing, there was not light in the bathroom and the bathroom was extremely hot as it is exposed to sun with no shade curtains. Please note that there is no elevator. I booked 3 nights and I left the following day to another hotel. It was impossible to stay there. I won’t recommend this place.

Genel olarak sıkıntı yaşamadık. Kahvaltı dahil olmamasına rağmen girişteki büfede ücretsiz atıştırmalıklar olması iyiydi. Oteli bulmak gerçekten zor. Odalar ufak ve gürültülü. Ancak yataklar rahat. Turistik yerlere yakınlık konusunda çok iyi. Yürüyerek her yere ulaşılabilir.

Disappointed with this place...

Definitely not a boutique hotel. No elevator & no staff to help with the bags; terrible service in this regard. A/C & WIFI worked well, bed was comfortable, had lots of hot water & bathroom was clean. Entry to the hotel is down a long, narrow alleyway so, be aware...it is not pretty. Probably would not stay here again.

Nous sommes arrivés dans une ruelle très rébarbative du coup nous avons appréhendez l hôtel et.... Très surpris dans le bon sens L accueil parfait malgré un soucis avec notre prestataire qui n avait pas fait le nécessaire Et là on a vu la gentillesse du personnel à l accueil Elle a géré et nous avons eut notre chambre qui était grande et propre Le personnel est très sympathique L emplacement de l hôtel est parfait a 5 mn à pied des quartiers animés Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour

Abbiamo prenotato una king ma era al 5 piano e mio marito ha un handicap così visto che non c era ascensore abbiamo chiesto un cambio e ci hanno dato una camera sporca con il frigo pieno di cose che puzzavano e formiche nel letto , nessun rimborso. The entrance to Adamaz House 90 Phra Sumen Road, Banglamphu, Khwaeng Chana Songkhram, Bangkok, 10200 Thailand. is a narrow alley, barely wide enough for one person to pass through (see attached image). The rooms are dirty; the shelves at the head of the bed, the table, and the bathroom are not cleaned, with thick layers of accumulated dust. The bathroom floor is covered in mud, and the sink and toilet are very dirty. It's very old-fashioned. The towels were extremely worn out (the threads on the towels were frayed and peeling off. The white towels were so worn out that they turned gray. They looked very dirty. There was no landline phone to contact the reception when needed. So it was very inconvenient. Every time I needed something or wanted to contact the reception... I had to walk down the stairs from the fourth floor (4) to meet the reception directly. The hotel did not have an elevator, so it was inconvenient for people with back pain problems like me. There was no iron as noted in the advertisement. It lacked basic amenities that other small hotels still have fully equipped such as: toothbrush, comb, razor... there was no bright spot. But the price was higher than other hotels. This place is probably suitable for those who like budget travel. But in reality, it's not cheap at all. It's even more expensive than some other hotels. You should check carefully when choosing or booking rooms at hotels in the area. Khaosan, Bangkok, Thailand. The vast majority of hotels here

离考山路不远，又比较安静。出行非常方便。在一条小巷子里面。可能第一次去不太容易发现。我们航班晚点，凌晨1点过才到。前台一直有人，24小时都可以入住。早餐在大堂里有一个自助区域，免费提供咖啡蛋糕冰水果汁。房间比较小，还是算比较干净的。

不错的体验，主要是睡了个好觉

酒店在一条很狭窄的小巷子里，路口有个广告牌是酒店名，要特别注意，前台人很好，能帮助你找一些旅游咨询，但是仅此而已，没有接送服务，免费点心难吃，咖啡和果汁差不多，房间很大，有个阳台，不过阳台没用，外面都是破旧的房顶没什么可看的，没有任何洗漱用品，包括拖鞋，需要自带。这点挺环保，不过拖鞋可以有的，床挺大，wifi还可以，信号不错，最住要是枕头，很软很舒服，让我睡了一个好觉。以至于后来到其他酒店都很怀念他们的枕头！

Must be the best value for money near Khao San rd

Very nice place away from the hustle and bustle from Khao San Road. Been there four times already and would not hesitate to come back. The main lady in the reseption is a pure jewel. Just go ahead and book the top floor it is definitive worth the view. All thumbs up

Impressionnée de la qualité de ce Adamaz-house

Surprenant de trouver ce joli hôtel dans cette impasse. Bien préserver et les chambres petites mais agréables pour le prix. Personnel adorable et se donne de la peine pour vous aider ce qui devient rare à Bangkok. J'ai apprécié la collation qui reste disponible a tout miment de la journée. Seul bémol c'est que ma chambre était au 4e étage et qu'il n'y a pas d'ascenseur et que peut-être pour une femme seule de rentrer tard dans cette minuscule ruelle peut inquiéter.

OK but there are things to improve

Well located basic comfort hotel. Pros: - centrally located, - run by nice and welcoming people, - free snacks and hot drinks 24*7. Cons: - basic overall comfort level, - hard beds, - tired sheets and towels, - room is pretty small and may not be the best choice for a long stay.
