Elevators out of service. TV did not work. No body wash in the shower dispenser. Front desk agent had a nasty cough (both when we checked in and the next morning when we were at breakfast and she was still working the desk). Room had extremely poor lighting. Area around the hotel was not very attractive. All around bad experience.
