Location is very convenient and accessible to restaurants and shops. Front desk is very helpful in booking our excursions and transportation. Booking the room with the balcony was a great, love the view and nice place to chill. Everything was clean and neat. The breakfast buffet was also terrific!

I found the breakfast to be very satisfying with ample options for everyone. The room was in great condition considering the age of the original structure. The only thing that didn’t rate outstanding to me was the comfort of the sheets, they were rougher than I prefer. Couldn’t get a better location, right in the heart of Old Town Chania. You cannot drive up to the hotel, so parking is the only issue, but we found some free about 5-10 min walk away. Such beautiful unique rooms and wonderful staff.

Breakfast was fabulous. I had room 7 with balcony view, only 8 rooms on property. Be aware that Old Town Chania is pedestrian only, so must carry your own luggage for about 10 minutes on cobblestones. There is no elevator, upon checkin there is staff to carry luggage upstairs, but no one to assist upon checkout.
