Customer service was great. Staff was really helpful, polite and friendly. The path you walk to get to the beach close to the italian restaurant smells terrible, just like the area close to the wood bridge where there is a fish tank. They should do something about this. Food was really tasty and there was a wide variety of things to choose from. Alcoholic beverages on the other hand were not good since cocktails were made with lots of artificial ingredients. I suggest changes are made. There's a coffee shop which I loved. It is open the whole day and they offer hot and iced coffee. This is part of the all inclusive plan.

Great family resort with enterntainment and on the beach. Very attentitive staff, clean and restaurants. Beautiful cultural experience. I felt safe and at home. Went to a well organized excursion to Saona Island with food and open bar. Unforgettable experience!! Different experience, 17 years ago. Now I can say Dominican Republic made it up with me. GRACIAS!
