The hotel was empty. I think I might have been the only guest. My room was upgraded to the penthouse, which was fine but not in fantastic condition. Pool was great. Just a little bit of a surreal experience, like something from the walking dead

I check in late because I do have a fly delay, a beautiful lady the works in the reception told me she will help me even if I check in late. One night we have very heavy rain, and the roof was leaking all night, the leaking noise wake me up, call reception but hotel crew only help me with some extra towel to cover the water, but they fixed next day. When I check out I told them I will be back.

La piscina demasiado pequeña para la cantidad de personas que hospedan,la comida poco variada y muy cara al igual que las bebidas, el aseo lo hacen muy lento,salimos 3 horas se le avisó a la recepcionista que podían hacer el aseo , regresamos y no estaba hecho y nos llama para decirnis que si queríamos lo hicieran, le dijimosbque en una hora podían ir, ya que regresamos a bañarnos y volver a salir,a lo que nos dijo que el aseo terminaba a las 15:00 hrs( eran las 14:20 hrs.)Tuvimos que salirnos para que asearan la habitación. Situación incómoda ya que por eso salimos, avisamos para que mientras asearan la habitación y poder regresar tranquilamente.
