The hotel was clean. The parking lot was not well maintained, lots of snow and ice. The breakfast buffet was not appetizing at all. Staff were friendly and helpful. There was a mix up with our reservation, we booked 2 nights and they left a message saying be would be charged a late checkout fee even though we were supposed to stay another night. They did not clean our room, I assume because of this. Lots of confusion with the reservation and deposit holds.
