While the price was good/cheap ($99) the room itself was not very clean. Dusty and there was some rubbish left in the bathroom sink. The location is excellent. I feel a deep clean was required. The room itself was quite unique being in an older building and could use even a slight upgrade with nice decor would make a difference.

The room itself was pretty dirty. Lots of built up dust underneath furniture and appliances. The air con worked great, no issues there. Check-in was straight forward and easy. The location is great. 3 minute walk from Flinders and ease if access to Melbourne. It could use a bit of care, but you get what you pay for and it served its function as a short-term stay.

Definitely the second worst mattress and base I’ve ever slept on. Should be sent to landfill immediately. And the room was grotty. Needs a serious deep clean. Instructions for after hours check-in were straightforward, and easy to follow, much appreciated! Room was clean and organised, and I liked the toiletries provided, very useful as I'd forgotten mine for that trip. Beware! We had to change rooms because the one we were in didn't have working electrical sockets and smelled bad. The new room had clean beds and working electrics, but all public areas have graffiti, really worn carpet, bits of rubbish. The staff are really nice and helpful but the building is in serious disrepair and didn't feel very safe.
