The rooms are spacious, clean, and very well furnished. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. I've stayed here twice recently and never had any issues. However, I honestly try to avoid this place because they do not have a 24hr staffed front desk, which can be very inconvenient if you need to arrive late.

Update: our recent stay was not as good. The bartender was easily the biggest jerk we've ever met in Wisconsin (typically everyone is pleasant). The TV didn't work and there's no one at the desk at night so we couldn't get it fixed. The "breakfast" was really thin. They did have an omelette station which was wonderful but that was about it. Not the same 5-star stay that we had in the past. Hopefully this is just an aberration and not a trend. This is a wonderful place to stay. The service is outstanding. There is a great Irish pub on the 1st floor. We're only 5 minutes from the Fiserv and Panthers Arena. The only downside is that there is very little parking but it's totally worth it!
