My wife and I enjoyed a three day break in Nice. This place was very nicely located, next to the old town and barely a two minute walk to the beach. The receptionist was welcoming and friendly and our room was quite large and spacious.

Right in the heart of town, very convenient with shops and food close by. 15 mins walk to the train station as well to travel to other parts of the Rivera. The unit is big and spacious , just that the shower area is not enclosed, so if you are not a couple, it will not be recommended. No lift as well so be prepared to carry your baggage up a flight of stairs. Fortunately for us, the guy who checked us in was nice and helped to carry the luggage up the stairs. Will recommend this

All good. Room was very nice and the staff extremely helpful. Had an issue with the safe in the room but was resolved relatively quickly. Stairs to the rooms were very dark and foreboding and could maybe benefit from some lighter coloured decor but the room itself was of an exceptionally high standard. Would definitely stay here again as its location is superb and very close to the old town.

What a beautiful suite. Modern finishes in a lovely old building. Location was amazing! So close to the promenade and old town. The staff have been very friendly and accommodating. One note, no elevator so if you travel with lots of luggage be prepared to haul it up a few flights of stairs. Totally worth it though and we would definitely stay here again.

Lovely spacious room but no air conditioner and it was very hot in Nice. We had to leave the window open to get some air but there was a lot of noise from the street and square so it was hard to sleep. Also up several flights of stairs with no elevator. The owner was very gracious about port us leaving our bags before and after check-in and also called for a taxi for us to take us to the airport.

Great location, very central, right next to the Place de Massena. Walking distance to the promenade and lots of restaurants, bars and cafes.Tram stops nearby. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. They assisted us in making tour arrangements and were very responsive to any requests, Our room was quite spacious and nicely appointed, Windows opened up with a view overlooking the plaza, Fun to sit there in the evening with a glass of wine and watch the activities. Only down side is the lack of an elevator. Pack lightly or be prepared to haul your luggage up a couple of flights of stairs - good exercise to work off all of the wonderful food and wine you will have in Nice.
