Great option for wanting to visit Yala. We stayed in the tent. Enough room For two people. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom and toilet were the inside tent. We were able to two safari on our one night stay. For our visit, we preferred the evening tour as seen a range of animals. MJ was a great guide Food was good, nice candle lit dinner and interesting night walk Included. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would recommend.

Brilliant glamping experience

The tent was very spacious and clean. The beds were comfy and the entertainment was good. There were board games to play, books to read, wi-fi in the communal areas and sports to play. There was a BBQ meal in the evening which was very good and the children could roast marshmallows around the fire. Overall a great experience

All staff members are so kind and friendly. Every service was perfect and comfortable for me from the checking in to checking out. We booked the hotel very last minutes, but the staff helped me for the meal arrangement and the safari arrangement smoothly so there was no inconvenience and negative comments for the stay! The best thing was the great and super friendly attitude of the staff Only other potential positive = if you paid in $45 / night for single bed tent; max $60-$70 for double bed all including breakfast. Do not know about larger tents tent. If so then combined with proximity to Yala National park comes close to value for money for a 1 - 2 night stay max - any longer boring as not much to do other than safaris If get charged more, then a waste of money: 1. Many other places nicer and as close to park 2. Do not believe on line descriptions - this is far from Glaming. Basically a few patchy tents with very basic small interiors. Curtain with holes between small toilet area and bed with flushing not working several times; for privacy at night (esp with light choice) - options are close flaps and cook or zip up just mosquito net but be fully visible to anyone walking by; common areas include some canvas tied between trees, etc they laughingly call dining areas In fact the first thing they told me as well as other guests that this camp is very basic and not like what says in on line sites. Would have been nicer if mentioned this before coming with no other accommodation choices at that point So called pool is basically raised concrete a little larger than bathtub Food ranges from bland to average at best 3, Yes staff friendly but need training especially re dining area and keeping common facilities tidy and clean 4. Poor wifi 5. Poor shocks in safari truck could be danger

I’ve done a lot of Safaris and seen a lot of Safari camps, and this camp/glamping setup was one of the best. I mean electricity, hot water, and fan.. what’s not to love. By far, the best meal offered was breakfast as I just felt dinner was a bit too basic. I also felt that they could have outlined the price individual drinks. I mean, I knew how much dinner and breakfast cost, but I was a little in the dark as to the rest of it. However, the Safari was very cool, and even though we just missed seeing a leopard, we did see two Sloth Bears, which I’m told are even harder to see. All and all, Ysla Bih Game was a very nice camp

Wonderful out door experience. Well run by Saman. Very comfortable tent with adequate en suite shower etc. Dinner around the fire was straight out of the film Out of Africa. Very good red wine. Didn’t try the white and the food was excellent. The safari was well worth the early start with a stop for breakfast served in the safari jeep. We had a drive and guide from the camp and a guide from the park too. They are amazing at spotting the game. You need at least 2 nights and it is a wonderful family experience too.

You can not be closer to nature. It's amazing to listen to the sound of nature especially in the morning. To join the safari is recommended as the game does not provide big entertainment except peacefull tent areas with relaxing hammrocks. The staff is very friendly and caring. The tents are almost like Hotel rooms and perfectly equiped. Dinner is served as BBQ and it is very tasty. Breakfast is offered with fresh fruits. Once you participate to the Safari you are guided perfectly and you also get a nice bush-breakfast. I can recommend the accommodation for a stay of 2-3 days and in combination with a pre-booked Safari.

Nice camp. Tent was lovely and spotless. I booked my safari through the camp. The nighttime (afternoon) safari was my favourite. Much smaller area to cover and fewer cars than in the morning. We saw two leopards. One having a nap and another trying to get some dinner. Lots of other stuff to see, elephants, crocodiles. Buffalo, Spotted Deer, Eagles, the list goes on. Would recommend.

Zeltstadt im abgelegenen Wald. Nettes Ambiente mit Lagerfeuer, BBQ Grill und Natur pur! Es gibt Teetime & ein Willkmensgetränk. Leider besteht keine Möglichkeit in die Stadt zu kommen da die TukTuks nicht auf dem schlammigen Weg bis zum Camp fahren. Dadurch entsteht eine Art Monopol was bei Lunch & Dinner mit für dieses Land überzogen Preisen ausgenutzt wird. Das Camp bietet Safari Touren an. Die Ganztagestour (200 Dollar 6x18Uhr) ist wesentlich billiger, aber bei Ankuft wird erzählt dass man doch bitte die zwei Touren (5:30-11 & 14:30-18uhr jeweils 125 Dollar) buchen soll, das wäre besser.... (um nochmal einen zusätzlichen Lunch zu verkaufen???). Ist allerdings nicht so da der Weg vom Camp zurm Nationalpark jeweils 45-60min. dauert und man diese Zeit verliert... Das Serviceteam hat sich um alles gekümmert und war super nett. Aber am Ende blieb beinuns ein fader Beigeschmack und wir fühlten uns leicht abgezogt. Unser Tipp: Wer das Zelt nicht unbedingtt braucht, lieber ein Hotel/HomeStay in der Stadt buchen...
