The night shift lady kept out desserts in the employee freezer which was really nice of her (we didn't realize there was no freezer section in the room fridge). That was very nice of her. Room was good, checking in was also good. It seemed like one of the staff members was new and getting trained when we checked in. Easy access entering the building. Neither team member let us know which direction it was to our room. In the past that has been done. Plenty of towels in the room. In past stays there has been something to write on and write with in our rooms on the desk. (Not a complaint, just something I noticed.) We need to write something down and couldn't. Plenty of breakfast options. Only thing that was a miss. When we were leaving and eating breakfast, staff members were hard to find and no one was at the desk when we went to check out just a basket to place our room key.
