It was nice to stay here at a very well maintained and loved classic motel while in Winnemucca for work. Within easy walking distance from dinner spots and other amenities.

It was a good stay. There was a little noise out back early in the night, but that died down. Probably some kids being loud. Otherwise, it was clean and a good place for a very good price.

Room is old and out dated. Drapes were hanging off drapery rod. Wouldn't close properly. Outside area was scary.

Our AC did not work and apparently many others did not either, so the room was quite hot and affected our sleep badly. No help from the front desk. Our cleaning lady eventually brought in an old one that helped a bit and she helped fix the TV which also did not work at first. There was also a lot of noise from backup alarms on work vehicles at this motel and the adjacent ones, many of them going off at 4 AM and waking us up.

Staff didn't look ask for my ID or credit card, so if you want to remain anonymous and have someone else book for you, that's a plus. Nothing was quite clean, everything was pretty old. Beds are really uncomfortable. I would say only stay here if you can't afford better.

Not sure how this received a 7.2 overall. I did check in later than originally thought and office was closed so had to wait. The check in was fairly fast but they put me in a room down a dark corridor and no lights were on, had to turn on my flashlight on my phone because the switch by the door didn’t turn on anything, this place was probably built on the 50’s and had never been updated. Uncomfortable bed, shower and bathroom really small and dirty. Would never stay here again. I would pay extra for a nicer cleaner hotel. You get what you pay for and the $80 dollars paid was wasted here.
