I was on a motorcycle roadtrip. Booked the motel so my bike could be in front of my room which worked out great. I arrived 10min before check in time. The lady in charge of checking people in was annoyed to come chwck me in after cleaning/maintenance staff promoted her to do so. She came to the front desk. Ans said checkin is at 3pm and i politely told her i can stand here for 10 min. She left and came back in checked me in while she complained about her boss and how much work she has to do and doesnt get paid to do. She gave me a key to a room that had not been cleaned yet. Mind you there are maybe 20 units in this complex. When i went to go to my room the yet already helpful cleaning lady corrected my room. The next morning I needed to stay again cause i had came down sick. The front deck person did not answer the phone and the front desk was locked. I texted the hotel theu the app, no response. I was very frustrated and once again the cleaning lady had to come save the day and get my extention of stay done and correct my key for continued access. The room appeared clean but smelled like the carpets needed cleaning. I cleaned the HVAC filter to try to make the air better. There was a plastic bag over the smoke detector,odd. Truely the only saving grace to this place was that the cleaning lady was so very helpful. It appears she does all the jobs, not just hers. The front desk person was unclean, not helpful, didnt want to work. Employee changes need!

Not sure how this received a 7.2 overall. I did check in later than originally thought and office was closed so had to wait. The check in was fairly fast but they put me in a room down a dark corridor and no lights were on, had to turn on my flashlight on my phone because the switch by the door didn’t turn on anything, this place was probably built on the 50’s and had never been updated. Uncomfortable bed, shower and bathroom really small and dirty. Would never stay here again. I would pay extra for a nicer cleaner hotel. You get what you pay for and the $80 dollars paid was wasted here.

Staff didn't look ask for my ID or credit card, so if you want to remain anonymous and have someone else book for you, that's a plus. Nothing was quite clean, everything was pretty old. Beds are really uncomfortable. I would say only stay here if you can't afford better.

TRAVELERS BEWARE! This place has bedbugs and blood stains from the bedbug feces on pillow cases. Carpet is filthy dirty, everything in the place looks and feels decades old. A gruff, unhelpful staff shut me out when I tried to speak with her about the issues. Generally speaking, you get what you pay for. The place looks nothing like any of the pictures. Mom and Pop in the photos left a while ago and were replaced by a much different ownership. I was told that the property changed hands a few years ago and things have gone downhill. Keep looking, this place is awful.

We booked two rooms. One was dirty. Had not been cleaned. Bed had been slept on. Beer bottle. Towels on floor. Smelled of urine. They moved us to a room that the heater didn’t work. It was 28’ at night. My daughter had to go stay at her grandparents house with her boyfriend Second day we asked for towels and cleaning of second room and complained of no heat. The front desk person said it did work and that it was part of the AV unit That turned out not to be true and had to move us to a different room The bathrooms were gross and the floors were nasty carpet. I am not picky but it was not nice We stayed because behind the front desk was a hand written sign that said …. SORRY NO REFUNDS Never staying there again It was sad

We had been traveling fo hours simply asked if we could check in an hour early… Staff opened the door 1/4 way and said absolutely not and slammed the door! The rudest person I have spoken to in a long time! Then come to find out she charged my card without my permission, I wanted to pay on site. Worst customer service ever!

The linen was soft but. Everyone checking seemed to be placed right next to eachother. It was apparently trash day and the dumpster was behind us, the toilet kept refiling throughout the night, the smoke detector started beeping low during the night, and outdated showers.
