We also came back to our room after being away for a bit to find our room door propped open and no one around. Thankfully none of our stuff was missing but not very secure!!

I was robbed!! Stayed three nights, spent $210 a night and got zero maid service. I don’t need new sheets - don’t need the trash emptied and can use a towel more than once. But, I think, that if you are spending that amount per night, you should be able to expect coffee service replenished and a check to see if more soap is needed. This was a ripoff and I will not stay here again.
