I feel like I was at some of my family members place. They helped with my daughter Sally. Care about her well being. My next trip I am going to stay there. Good option if on a budget

Nice basic hotel very close to many restaurants and shops as well as a tram line stop. Breakfast is Turkish style and not bad, maybe lacking a few items for typical Western or international taste. Beds are comfy, rooms seem clean. Bathroom is a little small but sufficient. Staff is very friendly. My main issue was the occasional smoke smell (but a certain base level seemed to linger), coming either from other rooms/balkonies/the street in front of the building or the rooms themselves. Istanbul has a lot of smokers (many of whom don't seem to care if rooms are marked as non-smoking), also when compared to other locations in Turkiye that I've visited. A lesser inconvenience was the noise from the street, windows weren't sound proof and in the 2nd room the balcony door didn't close well. This was usually not a show stopper though, and there was no noise from other rooms or hallway in 6 nights, which was a positive.

Quartos espaçoso, bem decorados, cama confortável e equipe muito solicita e educada. Tivemos um problema no box e arrumaram no mesmo instante. Minha esposa deixou cair um anel no vão da mesinha fixa e no mesmo instante eles deram um jeito de recuperar. Transporte publico com acesso as principais estações a poucos passos e grande variedade de restaurantes no entorno. Voltaríamos com certeza a esse hotel.
