Overall good, the breakfast was nothing special definitely needs approve-meant, we tried the dinner buffe once it’s was not good. It’s not to hard to get from the hotel to the beach and most activities can pick you up from the hotel. Excellent service from the staff, both the cleaners and the staff in the reception. Spacious rooms, nice swimmingpools. The downside is that the buffet was bad, and there are no restaurants nearby. They have 2 cars that takes you to Ao nang for free, but one of them are difficult to get in and out of. This would be easily solved with a stool to step on, but they don't have it. Most of the other hotel cars in Krabi use a stool, I have noticed. The most negative was that there are no sunbeds or umbrellas at the pool.

The property is not a 4 Star Property as advertised on Expedia - it is a 3 Star Property - it is misleading. The Property advertises that there is a free shuttle to city but there is no free shuttle service - again misleading. The Breakfast in terrible and needs to improve in its quality. The staff is very polite and try to help - no complaints against them. Most staff members have limited English speaking skill and at times leading to miscommunication. The location is nice, quiet and serene with poor connectivity.
