Great location and that is the reason why it is overpriced. I paid an arm to stay here just one night for a concert, but it was great for me as I’m solo. I’d never pay that much to stay here otherwise as it does not match the price. Clean, friendly staff which is lovely. No easily accessible food places close by. Room is quiet though which was a pleasant surprise.

Overall a pretty standard hotel experience. We enjoyed the quiet. The room was very compact and the bed was very comfortable. Cleaning service also did a good job. It was a shame that the hotel didnt have a restaurant or even a fridge to store food.

We were advised to take a bus when we specifically asked about walking to Borely and the beach nearby. No reason given so we can only speculate perhaps our age, 'technically' seniors but active ones..maybe safety.. but in mid-day with plenty of people walking?! Luckily we decided to walk anyway, a pleasant experience. I understand the staff believed they were being helpful, perhaps cautious.

Hébergement trÚs pratique car à cÎté du Stade Vélodrome. Chambre fonctionnelle, de belle taille et trÚs propre. En option, un petit déjeuner assez complet est proposé. Equipe de nuit trÚs serviable et agréable. Par contre, le stationnement proposé par l'hÎtel dans un parking est rapidement complet et la climatisation existante de la chambre était "plafonnée" sur un week-end de canicule...

Dans l'ensemble tout est tres satisfaisant, mon seul bemol pour lequel j'ai mis une note intermédiaire pour le personnel vient de l'accueil téléphonique central de réservation donc ce nest pas le site de marseille mais je tenais a le signaler. J'avais une question sur le stationnement dans et autour de l'hÎtel et j'ai appelé, j'ai été rabattue sur la centrale du Mans et suis tombé sur une personne trÚs désagréable qui m'a littéralement envoyer ballader, d'une facon certes polie mais vraiment inadaptée et trÚs choquante. J'ai du garder tout mon sang froid pour ne pas lui répondre de la meme facon. Heureusement j'ai pu la poser par l'intermédiaire du site expedia et j'ai eu un retour tout a fait correct.
