We had very large room with charming decor, lots of storage, and great bathroom with huge shower - plus a very pleasant terrace overlooking the fields, not the road. Beds were very comfortable. Wi-fi quality was a bit variable, but mostly worked. Staff was always available and made good recommendations for dining and visiting Hierapolis-Pamukkale, plus welcomed us with a glass of wine. Lots of parking and easy check-in; located within walking distance of the south entrance of Pamukkale and restaurants of town.

The hotel is fantastically located , you can just walk in the morning to seeair balloons. It has all the necessary amenities and the pool is really nice and well kept. We stayed there for 2 nights and we felt very welcomed. The staff is very helpful : recommended us a great restaurant and helping us with taxis.

Highly recommend for Pammukale sites

Staff all amazing and very helpful. Gave us a lovely glass of wine on arrival. Location for Pammukale sites is perfect. They even gave us a lift to the entrance which is brilliant as you can then walk downhill and exit the other entrance which is only a few minutes walk from hotel. Nice gardens, pool and superb Turkish breakfast. Excellent value.

Had a day tour to Pammukale that ended up being an overnight stay and found this great hotel near the park. This was a great find and place to stay. The staff were really friendly, and offered a great traditional breakfast in the morning. Would definitely recommend staying here again.

It was a great hotel, very beautifully decorated and most importantly the people were lovely and kind and very accommodating. Very close to lost of restaurant and also very close to pammakule. I totally recommend this place.

Very comfortable, family-ran hotel. The hotel is overall quiet but they do host a Whirling Dervish show in the evening, so buses arrive and the foyer is set up as a shopping area - handbags, jewelry, rugs etc. We went to dinner while this was happening. Breakfast is very good with plenty of choices. We would stay again.

It was a nice size room but zero views as it stated views in the booking. AC was not working properly as it kept shutting itself off and would randomly spit out a lot of water. Owner did not come fix it as promised. He says it doesn’t mean it would happen again. The breakfast meal was quite sad and boring. Omelette was a plain egg and tastes like soy sauce and greasy. The owner seemed to be quite combative and condescending which was not appreciated since that’s how he spoke to us 2 females. He also asked others if they wanted a coffee refill and obviously ignored us. Overall good location but prob should stay elsewhere would’ve been a better experience. Not worth the hefty price for the attitude. Place is run by all men so they probably don’t know how to interact with 2 females.
