This was our second time staying at this hotel, and overall it was a good experience. The room was very spacious, and the location is convenient—about a 15-minute walk to the downtown area. Breakfast looked appealing, even though we didn’t try it. The in-room kitchenette (with stove, microwave, and mini-fridge) was very handy, and the on-site laundry facilities were a nice bonus. Our only complaints were some mold visible in the shower area and unreliable Wi-Fi, especially at night when more guests seemed to be using it. Otherwise, the stay was comfortable and reasonably priced.

Wir waren 2x im Pool, welcher optimal für Kinder ist, da der Pool an der tiefsten Stelle nur 1,30 m tief ist. Das Frühstück war gut. Das Personal war freundlich.

Abbiamo pernottato in questa struttura per 4 giorni in 15 ognuno nel proprio appartamento. Pulizia, silenzio e disponibilità del personale perfetta piu che adeguato al prezzo pagato. Unico neo la distanza da supermercati anche se il centro storico è a circa 900 metri dalla struttura. Ottima la possibilità di prenotare la sera la baguette e i cornetti per la mattina successiva senza bisogno di fare colazione in struttura a pagamento.

⚠️ Attention à plusieurs choses lors de votre réservation. Il se peut qu'un balcon soit présent sur les photos du logement choisi, mais vous n'en aurez probablement pas un, c'est au petit bonheur la chance. Et ce n'est évidemment précisé nulle part. Dommage pour vous si c'était un critère qui vous avait fait choisir ce logement. Malgré mes demandes répétées, Pierre et Vacances n'a ni voulu nous faire un geste commercial, ni voulu modifier l'annonce qui est clairement trompeuse. Aussi, nous avons été surpris de ne trouver aucun savon ou gel douche. Nous avons fait une demande d'ajout de serviette et de papier toilette via leur application, nous attendons toujours. Le ménage n'est pas réalisé par Pierre et Vacances pour la cuisine, c'est à vous de le faire. Globalement le service est médiocre. Les plus: c'est bien localisé.

Konum olarak tren istasyonu ve colmarın merkezi arasındaydı. Giriş saati öncesinde resepsiyon kapalı durumda. Oda oldukça temizdi. Basit mutfak gereçleri bulunuyor. Çarşaflar ve nevresim serili değil. Sizin yapmanız gerekiyor ama bu benim için sorun değildi. Böylece yatağın ve çarşafların ne kadar temiz olduğunu görebildim. Tek başıma konakladım. Güvenlik ile ilgili bir kaygım olmadı. Yatak ve yastıklar oldukça konforluydu.
