A spa hotel 30 min away from the center

This is a spa hotel with mineral baths, excellent food and drinks. It's a bit far from the center of Hamamatsu city (30 min by taxi), but it worth the drive. Service is excellent. Executive lounge with free drinks on the top floor is supper nice (you need to stay in the executive room to have access). The only minor issue - no aircon in the corridors of the top floors. The aircon in the room worked perfectly.

小学生連れの家族旅行：ラウンジでまったり過ごせます

駐車場のスペースは十分にありました。 チェックインは客室数が多いためか、混雑していました。ラウンジで飲み物とスナックがいただけるので、待つことは苦になりませんでした。 整理券の順番が来てからも、チェックインカウンターの前で手続き待ちとなりました。さらに客室に行くためのエレベーターが行列でした。 客室は清潔で広々として快適でした。アレルギーのような症状が出てしまったので、子どもがはしゃいで細かい埃が舞ってしまったのかもしれません。 浴場も満足いくものでした。サウナもありました。夕食のタイミングで行くと比較的空いていると思います。 プールは怪我をしていたため利用できなかったのですが、とても暑い晴れの日だったため、プールでも快適に過ごせるのではないかと思います。 夜はプールサイドで手持ち花火をすることができました。火消し用のバケツが置いてありました。包装袋をバケツに捨てて行った方もいたので、マナーを守って使うと良いと思います。 ライターはフロントで借りることはできましたが、火種のキャンドルがあったほうが良いです。売店で花火とキャンドルが購入できました。可能であれば、チャッカマンを持って行ったほうが良いと思います。 夜もラウンジが開放され、スナックや飲み物、もちろんアルコールも楽しむことができました。ウナギボーンが美味しかったです。 チェックアウトはカードを返却ボックスに入れるだけで済みますのでスムーズでした。

今回、3点気になる点がありました。 ①部屋の畳が柔らかくなっていて、凸凹していた。カビているのでは？と感じた。 ②女性浴場の脱衣所と浴室の出入口に、扉はしっかり閉めて下さいと、張り紙があった。どの客もしっかり閉めない。扉に問題があるように感じた。片側は締切にしていいかも。 ③朝食レストランで、女性従業員の態度が悪かった。テーブルの案内で他を希望したら、他はありませんと、キツく言われた。感じが悪かった。 良かった所は、部屋掃除の従業員(女性男性共に)は、いつも笑顔で挨拶もしてくれて、気持ちが良かった。ありがとうございました。

Trevligt spa-hotell med japanskt spa, hot springs. Trevlig lounge som vi hade tillhång till efter incheckningen. De nyrenoverade rummen vi bodde i hade hög standard, bra utrymmen och en imponerande utsikt. Restaurangen höll en hög klass, både under middagen och frukosten.

夕食も朝食もとても美味しかったです。フルーツジュースなど飲み物がもう少し豊富だとありがたかったです。食器を自分たちで下げるスタイルなのはチャット残念でもありましたが、だからこの値段で、この料理とラウンジのサービスなどもあるんだろうなと思うと、特に気になりませんでした。 温泉もとても広々してて、心地よかったです。是非また行きたいと思います。
