宿泊客の人数に対して、 エレベーターが少なく 何度階段を往復したか分かりません。 オールインクルーシブが売りなのに ラウンジも人で溢れかえり座れないし 食べ物も不足気味、 夕食と朝食もスマホで時間帯を選び予約する システムだが全く意味がなく長蛇の列で お皿も足りておらず、働いている方達も余裕がなくバタバタしていて不備だらけでした。 レストラン無いに入りきれるわけもなく、 座席も広間というより廊下のようなスペース、何故か間の喫煙所があるという 色々目的や配置に謎や計算ミスがある感じでした。 食べ物はどれも美味しかったですが できるなら温かいものは温かいうちに すぐ食べたかったなと感じるぐらい 食事を取りに行くにも座席に運ぶに も距離と大混雑があり大変でした。 食事に行くだけで疲れ、エレベーターにも なかなか乗れないので階段登って疲れ、、、 和洋室だったので布団も使用しましたがカバーやシーツも自分たちでつけないといけなくて それも疲れ、、、 でせっかく休暇を楽しみに行ったのに疲れました。

お盆のハイシーズンに利用しました。 お盆休みと言うこともあってか、かなり混雑していました。 駐車場はどこも停めるところがなく、探すのに大変。 他の口コミにもありましたが、エレベーターがなかなか来ない。 宿泊者全員が利用できるラウンジは、席がなく満員。 大浴場も、洗うところが無く、人が多すぎてとてもじゃないが、入れなかったので、部屋のお風呂を利用しました。 ハイシーズンでなければ、もう少しホテルでゆっくり過ごせたのかもしれません。 お部屋はとても広くて快適に過ごせました。
