The apartment was perfect, very clean and spacious. The check-in was fantastic, being online, as we were due to arrive at 1am, and ended up being delayed until 2am, so it was perfect to bot be restricted by a check-in window.

Great apartment in a quiet area of Venice, but also super convenient to walk to places, plus easy to hop on Vaporetto to get to St Mark's or anywhere. Rooftop terrace was excellent place to have a drink late evening with nice views, especially of church nearby. It was great to have a kitchen and laundry.

We had a mix-up on check-in where our neighbors across the stair landing were in our unit drinking wine because their code didn't work on their's but did work on ours. After encouraging them to depart, we moved in. Unit was small but functional with a good climb up the stairs. There were no paper towels, dishwashing soap, kleenex, etc. The balcony on the roof was very hardvl to get out to through a crawl space door. Air conditioning andheatwerehardtocontrol. . Other than that, we made it work.

+ easy check-in and check-out! Very nice that everything is accessible with codes + luggage storage + great location + good communication - cold in the apartment (although we were told the temperature is set by Italian law and could not be increased) - faucet in kitchen was not working properly - it would be nice if small things such as salt, sugar and oil are provided in the apartment

Family of 6 (2 adults and 4 children) stayed here. Excellent base for exploration of San Marco and other nearby attractions. Bit of a hike from the train station but the vapretto was our friend. Apartment surrounds very very quiet with only 1 cafe in immediate vicinity but it’s all there once you cross the grand canal. Apartment very clean and comfortable (but how about a few hooks to hang up towels or coats). Recommended!

Loud and far walk

Leaking ceiling in washroom and very loud building. Doors slamming all hours of the night and sounded like a party in one of the other units. Property a decent walk from most restaurants and sites in Venice.

Fuyez ! Pas de chauffage, pas d'eau chaude,.pas de ménage Le canapé-lit n'en est pas un : il est impossible de dormir à quatre dans cet appartement. Ces logements sont loués à la nuit à des jeunes pour faire la fête jusqu'à 6h du matin

I was rather concerned about the practice that the access code for the lock is sent out only at 3pm on the arrival day; for travelers without cellular service in Italy that is a worry, but we had wifi on the train, so everything worked out well. We came with the vaporetto, five minutes walking from the station: no problem. The apartment looks better from inside than outside; indeed it is a very nice and modern apartment, just what we needed for our three children. Everything in Venice is walkable, one needs to explore a bit, but there is a supermarket in 10-15min distance, as well as various restaurants. It is a bit out of the tourist zone, so a bit quieter, but the tourist places are in easy walking distance. We will be happy to use this apartment again, if we come again to Venice.

Prima locatie op ca 15 min lopen van het San Marco plein en de Rialto brug in een wat rustiger deel van de stad waardoor je de drukte ontloopt als je gaat slapen. Fijn ontbijtzaakje tegenover de ingang. Ruim en zeer schoon en van alle normale gemakken voorzien inclusief airco (op 23oC - prima). Makkelijk toegankelijk via codes die we op de dag van aankomst ontvingen. Enige minpunten: - wij hadden voor 5 personen geboekt, maar er waren maar drie bedden gedekt. Het was echt even zoeken (geen instructie) hoe we twee banken in bedden konden veranderen en zelf delken. - de wifi was heel slecht - daar baalden vooral onze kinderen van - op de foto's zagen we een balcon, maar wij hadden blijkbaar een andere kamer aan de achterkant

El apartamento está bien ubicado y en buen estado. La limpieza regular, parece que hubieran limpiado deprisa y corriendo. Cuarto de baño limpio, toallas limpias; sin embargo encontramos una colilla debajo de una mesita de noche, el lavavajillas sin vaciar, el microondas sucio y los fogones y azulejos regular... Mejorando esos detalles el apartamento está bastante bien

O apartamento é reformado e estava em ótimas condições, tinha aquecimento e água quente, mas faltaram itens básicos na cozinha (forno, detergente, esponja, açúcar, sal...) e no banheiro (suporte para toalhas, para sabonete e xampu e não tinha tapete). Gastamos comprando coisas que a casa deveria oferecer, como tinha em Roma, Verona e Lisboa, locais por onde passei nesse período. As fotos da cozinha e banheiro do apartamento não aparecem no site.

Just okay

Was good to have kitchen facilities. Single beds were so so, sheets quite coarse fabric. Rooms were minuscule Good situation. Check in was a hassle. You could only get into the shower if you stepped in sideways with both doors open. Moved to hotel last night and was so much more comfortable and only slightly more expensive, also better situated on Grand Canal

El apartamento está renovado, pero es incómodo. Una de las habitaciones es muy pequeña y no hay ni mesilla. Cama normal, pero sin mantas, nos dicen que en la estación de verano NO las proporcionan....códigos de acceso demasiado evidentes. Por lo demás, muy buena localización y muy limpio. Para 2 o 3 días esta bien
