Clean room, no complaints here however, on my 5th day of my 7 day break i had a call from receptionist telling me that its checkout time?? This disturbed me a lot. I went down to show the m my booking and all the said oh yes we have found it now. No apologies or nothing. Rude staff except for the odd one or two. English nearly non existent. Great location and at a push i would stay there again as now i know what to expect!!

Very good, very good cleaning service and nice pools, quite quiet, expect the traffic was loud at times. No air conditioning in the bathroom, otherwise it was effective. There was nothing sweet at the breakfast expect chocolate filling without nothing to put it on. The staff was nice expect one person gossiped about me to their friend.

The hotel has lack of character and is bland of feel. The pools seem to have been added as an afterthought just to say the hotel has a pool. Although they state that the bedrooms are insulated there is a terrible echo along the corridor at night and you can hear people talking in adjacent rooms. Having travelled to many places around the world the breakfast here is one of the worst it’s as though they don’t want you there.

Nice property if you get the new block...didn't see the apartment rooms in the old block, so cant comment on those. Breakfasts were typical turkish breakfast foods....eggs tomatoes ives watermelon, cheese etc. Very friendly staff who were always willing to accommodate. Didn't use the pools ,but they looked clean and there is a separate pool for children. Location is great as its right near the city centre and the public beach is pretty much right across the street, not even 5 minutes away. The castle beach is a little further , but a reasonable distance away, no problem walking to it. If you're looking for a hotel with a bar, they dont serve alcohol, but there's a little restaurant/bar across the street . Worth the money :)

Gurses The price/quality ratio justified a few drawbacks + Cosy and very clean room with new furniture, comfortable bed mattress + The municipality beach is only 5 min away (sandy sea bed and the shore, with nice clean water and gradual entrance) + The staff were quick to help, they showed us the room in advance to agree on everything + There’s a powerful air conditioner and fast Wi-Fi (25+ mbps indeed) + The location is very central — Our major problems were only with the bathroom: it was super cramped so that I couldn’t even close the door without stepping into the shower itself, and there was a strong smell of sewers all the time (even the AC couldn’t get the smell out completely); the shower door was broken and couldn’t move properly (they fixed it twice, then it worked) and then the shower cable broke (but was replaced right away); since most things were immediately fixed, it was alright, just annoying — Minor things: no night lights over the beds; no shower gel among toiletries, only shampoo and soap; the pillows were too hard and tall — The description promised free bottled water but at the reception we were told it’s not included; we were also supposed to have a safe but there was none in the room; we didn’t need them much but I’d prefer the room description to be completely accurate

Excellent as always!

This was our second time staying at Gürses Life Hotel. We chose to return as we were very pleased the first time staying there. While the hotel is located downtown, it is in a side street so you don’t hear the traffic. This year we went there in June. We noticed that it took some time before the sun reached the pool area, while in August the sun covers the pool area roughly all day. If craving sun, it is however a short distance to the beach (approx 10 min walking). The staff is very friendly, not everyone speaks English but a lot can be accomplished with the help of Google translate. We have arrived at night both times where receptionist has had little English knowledge but this has not been an issue for us. Rooms: we have had family apartment rooms both time where we have access to fridge and kitchen area as we like to prepare our own breakfast. Size on room has been good, bed are good. Pillows are a little bit hard but it’s ok for 1-2 weeks vacation. I like their system were you have to press a button to signal housekeeping that you want the room cleaned. As we do not need HC everyday, this was a great way to signal. First time seeing this in hotel in Turkey and I wish more would use it. (There’s a panel next to room door where you can press buttons if you want cleaning/DND) All in all, we are very pleased with our stay at Güses. As mentioned before, staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Familieferie på 1 uke i oktober. Hotellet ligger veldig sentralt og har en grei standard. Vi bodde i toppleiligheten, som er innglasset hele veien rundt. Dette gjorde at leiligheten var varm om morgenen da solen skinte på, med noe kaldt trekk om natten. Hyggelig personale. Mulighet for frokost mot betaling. De har en bar som hadde enkelt utvalg, den skulle være åpen til kl. 24, men stengte ofte før tiden. OBS: hotellet tilbyr ikke sein utsjekk, da må man betale full pris for en ekstra natt.

Synes hotellet var bra! Praktisk leilighet med eget soverom. Air-condition separat i oppholdsrom og soverom. Egen "knapp" å trykke på når man ønsket renhold, og renholdet som ble gjort var bra. Komfortable senger. NOe trafikkstøy, men ikke mer enn man må regne med når man bor sentrumsnært. Kort vei til det meste - strand, restauranter, shopping og taxiholdeplass.

Överlag helt klart värt pengarna för en lugn semes

Hotellet fungerade perfekt för vårt ändamål. En lugn semester utan tider att passa, inte ens frukost eftersom vi hade självhushåll med enklare kök med de flesta utensilier för att laga enkel mat. Kökets och lägenhetens skick var fina! Vi hade ett stort dubbelrum och kök och vardagsrum i ett med en extrasäng och en bäddsoffa. En stor balkong fanns också med utsikt mot polen. Polen var fin, ren, inte så stor men helt ok. Air conditioning fungerade bra i både vardagsrummet och sovrummet. Köpte en ny svamp för att diska samt några kökshanddukar för tork av disk. Överlag bra betyg! Ca 200 m till huvudavenyn, 500 m till stan. Det fanns butiker och restauranger överallt runt om hotellet. Stranden var också på ca 3 till 5 minuters promenad. En underbart vacker strand vid fortet fanns på ca 14 minuters promenad.
