French Quarter review

Was directed to a unit that the front desk said may not be ready, but to go ahead. Was not ready so we called. They immediately put us into the next door one. Although small, the stay was adequate and comfortable. The few small things that we called about, (internet not working, screen off patio door) were fixed within a very short time. Pool is fantastic, shuffleboard, playground all good. Did not get to the gym for lack of time. Very quiet and peaceful location.

We really like coming to this property every summer. However, this year there were a few issues. The bedding for the queen size pull-out sofa was "twin size" and we had to call 2 times to get the proper bedding, which we didn't receive until day 2 of our stay. Also, the bathroom sink was majorly clogged. The maintenance guy did come fairly timely to fix it, which we appreciated. The walls are super thin and we had lots of noise--- kids crying, people being loud, etc. for a few of our days there. The ceiling fan in the bedroom only ran on super-slow speed. No pizza pan in the kitchen and very few adequate supplies to cook with and utilize that space. We were a little disappointed this year. On a positive note, the pool areas are fantastic, as well as, the playground and game area. It feels very safe there and the parking is good. Great location for dining and shopping, using the alternate routes of Branson.

We had 3 adults, 2 teenagers and 1 child in our group. We reserved the 2 bedroom with loft. It was more than enough space for 6 people. Having 3 bathrooms was amazing! Full kitchen, with dining area, living room furniture could be updated but not horrible. Patio with table and chairs overlooked the pools and kids play area. The pools were amazing, the hot tubs need to be worked on as they were lukewarm. Property was gorgeous and well-kept. We will definitely be back.

I like this property a lot we have stayed several times. We had requested a handicap room and on the first floor and not able to accommodate. They did give us a shower chair and a commode seat and on 2nd floor. The tenants above us seemed to be walking around with a very heavy foot all Saturday night and very early Sunday morning. Overall we will be back because we like this area much. Thanks.

Great stay!

Room was clean check in easy and fast. Furniture could use an upgrade kinda worn. The biggest thing was the main bedroom bathroom does not have a door so very ackward when sharing the room with family. A door on the toilet would be so much better. Other than that it was a great stay. Family loved the pool. Parking great, elevator hot but it did its job.
