Staff were very friendly, everything was clean and well thought out. Lots of different activities to keep the kids entertained. Breakfast was good and had vegan options which was great for our DF child.

Very nice welcome by reception staff who was very helpful with everything. Clean yet basic as one would expect. Plenty of stuff to do in there. Maybe not the best stop for a quiet time as it is quite a busy place. Was there with my 2 kids (9&12) and we all loved it.

Trevlig personal men låg standard & dåligt område

Tillmötesgående personal som tog emot oss väl för sen incheckning. Dock så saknades lakan när vi kom så vi fick ställa oss kl 2 på natten med tre barn och bädda fem sängar. Inga handdukar, ingen duschcreme och ingen tvål fanns på rummet. Obehagligt område med massa knarkare och uteliggare på gatan. Vi blev rekommenderade att parkera bilen i ett garage 2 km bort då vår bil annars kunde bli sönderslagen. Helt ok frukostbuffé ingick.

En overnatning i familieværelse. Fin indretning, men der var alt alt for varmt på værelset og samtidig skulle man ligge på en plastikmadras og en plastikbetræk om puden. Dette gjorde at man havde det helt forfærdeligt varmt og at det var helt umuligt at sove.

Odotimme ulkona noin 10 minuuttia ennnenkuin pääsimme edes sisään. Henkilökunta ei pahoitellut, vaikka kerrpin, että jouduimme odottamaan ulkona. Muuten palvelu oli ystävällistä. Huoneen lattiat olivat tahmaiset. Lakanoissa oli reikiä ja tahroja. Kaikki oli likaista, kulunutta ja huonokuntoista. Aamupala oli kuitenkin yllättävän hyvä. Hostellin ympärillä oleva kaupunkialue oli erittäin epäviihtyisä, emmekä uskaltaneet jättää autoa parkkiin kadunvarteen.
