Location was perfect with the market being across the street! The only thing was the beds weren’t that comfortable (too firm) and the hot water was not that hot… just warm enough but definitely not for someone who loves hot showers. The location was good if you desired to walk the downtown area. The staff was polite and helpful. Breakfast could of had a greater variety and an overview of hotel security would have been helpful. (not explained that you needed to use your key in the elevator to reach upper rooms of the hotel. There were no trays to carry breakfast foods to the room. Not everyone desires to eat in the breakfast area.

Location was absolutely perfect for the Blue Ridge marathon weekend. The parking was validated with my stay, all staff were very polite and courteous, and the room was clean! All elevators were working, and the breakfast selection was good each morning. Thankfully, this hotel is located downtown and convenient to restaurants, coffee shops, boutique shopping. Elmwood park is across the street which made for an easy walk to race day, packet pickup, and concerts.
