Got a room at the ground floor with an inner court window with iron bars and plants, facing the window glass of the lobby area, so possible to be seen by people there if you dared to drug the curtain for some fresh air or day light (not really possible at all) that made the room very humid and maintained smells from not being ever able to be refreshed or dry out properly after being cleaned. Other that that, spacious with a pleasant decoration, value for money, fine for a short stay.

The room was very spacious and pleasant overall as I was lucky I guess to be given this room, after my sister's unpleasant experience at the room of the ground floor with the inner window corridor room. I happened to have a nice balcony on the 5th floor with all facilities functioning well and a standard kitchenette to prepare food if you wish to. It was clean overall, if you're not too fussy about details, ie I found hairs in the bed as soon as I removed the top bedsheet. The mattress and pillows are clean and of good quality. The AC had traces of mould so not ideal if you're too sensitive and the towels smelled of food or similar as if they were dried nearby where food is being cooked. It was quite stressful to be asked of a pre-authorisation of 100 euros to a prepaid room upon arrival as a deposit in case I break sth. Apart from that, it was a pleasant room and value for money for this particular budget as it definitely serve its purpose well! The location is very much ideal, a couple of minutes from the bus stop to/from the airport, with shops and restaurants around, about a 10 min walk from the ferry terminal to Valletta.

Not the apartment shown by hotels.com. Very noisy , air con also very ñoisy. One toilet didnt flush. Stairs had a permanent leak when entering which is dangerous. Been staying with ST Group in Malta for many years and always happy. Not this time.

1st appartment horrendous, moved into better one

When we arrived we were told we were to stay in a different building which did not have a pool. When we arrived at the propert it was a complete mess, bath had cigarette burns, kitchen cupboards falling off, the fridge/freezer covered in dents, appliances were all rusted. The cuoboards and draws for clothes were falling apart and there was significant damp and mould around the property. It resembled a crack den. We complained and were moved the next morning to a modern apartment which was a massive improvement, it was clean, modern and the apliances were new. The fact they tried to palm us off with the initial apparent was disgusting
