The staff was amazing! There were issues with our flight, so we have been stranded at the airport and everything was closed… not only did they offer room service so that we could get something to eat, they walked us to our rooms and showed us all of the amenities within them. The hotel is nicely located and service staff was fantastic. Loved the pool and the beach. However, the limited food availability and sometimes quality was not great as well as locations for food, having my 82 year old mother coming down every day to olas was a challenge as there was no elevator available to take her down there.
