Ok hotel and staff were fantastic. Shower head needed to be replaced. Was looking forward to a nice strong hot shower. Shower hot was nice temperature but not a real hot. And no force. I was also looking forward to a whirl pool but they only had a pool. Breakfast could have been hotter but acceptable.

This is my 3rd stay I highly recommend staying here. Clean rooms, friendly staff, their breakfast is always good and fresh and with many options included your stay. I also love the zero brand of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bar soap they provide for you. There is a gym and indoor pool available I haven’t used them but the option is there.

Very clean, large room. But it was the staff that really impressed us. Everone was kind, solicitous of our needs and reached out meet my needs, like running over to open the door for me. I use a cane and your staff really helped. We will be coming back to Leavenworth for our military son's pinning and will definately stay with you again.
