Solicitei a limpeza imediatamente, porém fui informado de que, devido ao número reduzido de funcionários, ela só poderia ser realizada apenas na tarde do dia seguinte, o que considero inaceitável. O hotel está localizado em uma avenida muito movimentada, gerando ruído intenso durante toda a noite, o que prejudica o descanso. O quarto possui apenas uma tomada, dificultando significativamente o uso simultâneo de aparelhos eletrônicos. Quanto à estrutura, o quarto apresenta diversos pisos ocos e o banheiro possui pisos rachados, demonstrando falta de manutenção e cuidado com a acomodação.
