Amazing service and location. I'd like to thank every one of the staff for being so helpful during my stay during the Mezza Maratona. Even at late hours, they were always willing to help, including booking taxis for my father who was staying in another hotel (unfortunately the Cervetta was already full). The location ia also perfect, on the Grand Piazza, near bars, restaurants and markets and only a 15 min walk from the train station.

Can’t beat the location of this quaint little boutique hotel in the heart of Modena. A few steps from the main Piazza and loads of restaurants, bars and coffee shops.Parking available on site with a reservation. Clean basic rooms with all you need for a safe, quite good nights sleep. I absolutely loved this little hotel…lots of charm, very nice staff, quiet location just few meters from the duomo and square in the center of the old town. Don’t expect an American or chain hotel…there are no elevators or shower curtains, i’m very little English is spoken, but what a delightful place. Perfection!

This hotel was no frills and perfect for our stay. It was cozy and cute. It was conveniently located in the center of town and walking distance to everything. The staff was beyond helpful at times with the exception of one woman who was okay. We arrived late due to some train issues and they were able to call the restaurant we had dinner reservations at and guarantee a spot for us. Some issues I can see would be the hotel has no elevator (not an issue for us but is not handicap accessible) and there was no full length mirrors in the room. I had to have my boyfriend take a picture of me to see how I looked. Additionally sometimes there was no front desk person. Regardless of these small issues, I would gladly stay here again!
