Great for relaxation

We enjoyed our one night stay. The villa was very secluded, great for relaxation. However, we need a car ride to the beach and shopping.

von aussen unspectaculär, umso grösser die überraschung innen!!! gepflegte villa, genügend gross. bad mit dusche und badewanne, grosser bedroom mit aircon. aussenterasse mit küche und riesen ventilator, wurde nie zu heiss. hübsch gestalteter garten mit pool, in dem man auch ein paar züge schwimmen kann. alles sehr sauber. aufmerksames, hilfsbereites, freundliches personal. ein ort, an den man gerne wieder zurück kommt. sehr empfehlenswert. danke für den angenehmen aufenthalt

예쁘고 친절하지만...

빌라에 처음 도착하였을때 직원들은 친절하게 우리를 맞아주았다. 배정받은 숙소의 문을 열고 들어가는 순간 우리는 '와' 하는 함성이 나올 정도로 내부는 예뻤다. 6호실을 배정받았는데 길옆이라 시끄러운 소음이 들렸지만 다른 숙소는 괜찮을거 같았다. 그러나 청결도는 별로였다. 흰색의 침구류와 수건은 잘 준비가 되어있었지만 얼룩이 좀 있었고 변기통도 찌든때가 좀 있었다. 하지만 익숙해지면 괜찮을수도 있다. 숙소에서 조금만 걸어내려가면 아침시장이 작게 서는데 발리사람들의 생활모습을 볼 수 있어서 재밌었다. 빌라에서 추천해주는 숙소로 방문하는 발리시안 마사지를 받았는데 사누르호텔 스파에서 받았던 아로마 마사지보다 훨씬 좋았다. 50프로를 할인한다는 것을 보고 좋은 숙소를 싸게 갈 수 있다는 생각에 선뜻 예약을 했었는데 아쉬운점이 좀 있었다. 할인의 의미는 무엇이었을까?

Bel posto, cibo velenoso

Il primo giorno sembrava tutto ok, appena arrivati nella villa ci è sembrata stupenda, zona esterna veramente carina, abbiamo ordinato un’insalata e un club sandwich con patatine fritte ed erano buoni, unica pecca uno strano odore pesantissimo in bagno che è rimasto sempre, e il Wi-Fi che non ha mai funzionato se non per dieci secondi poi chiede di reinserire la password, il che è snervante, sarebbe stato meglio se non ci fosse stato proprio. Il secondo giorno è iniziato l’incubo, dopo una breve conversazione con un dipendente che ha cercato di farmi pagare la colazione più del doppio del giorno precedente (per le stesse identiche cose) a cena abbiamo deciso di ordinare un chicken burger: una volta dato il primo morso avevo già capito di essermi rovinato la vacanza, probabilmente non era neanche pollo, e se lo era probabilmente era morto da un mese, puzzava in un modo orribile e ho dovuto passare una giornata in ospedale, e i tre giorni successivi sul water. Le patatine fritte, che il giorno prima erano gialle, questa volta avevano una tonalità molto più scura, palesemente cotte nello stesso olio del giorno precedente. Non che la mia ragazza sia stata più fortunata con il suo “gado gado” marcio. Ma almeno eravamo in due a star male perciò ci tenevamo compagnia. La sera mi alzo per farmi una doccia ma non c’è Acqua calda, chiamo la reception e mi dicono che c’e Da aspettare una mezz’ora che si scaldi (avevo lo shampoo in testa) e dopo un’ora l’acqua era comunque fredda.

Lovely villa, quiet, clean and comfortable. Our 11 and 12 year olds loved having the pool and a room of their own. Very friendly and helpful staff.

A budget choice for villa

It was a confortable villa with personal swimming pool in each room. Although not every staff speak English well, the staff were hospitable and trying to help you. The food service was above average and you could ask a personal spa in the room. However, the location was not good. It's a little bit far away from the attractions and the public transportation in Bali was poor. I suggest reserving a transportation in villa. It will be better.

5박머뭄.공항에서 약 20분 내외(중간에 좀 차가 밀렸음).직원들의 친절함은 최고인듯.조식은 원하는 시간에 가져다줌.ABF와 인도네시아스타일이 있는데 둘다 괜찮았음.양도 많음.택시를 불러줬는데 블루버드 택시였고 기사님도 아주 친절하신 분이셨음.숙소주변에는 여러 마트와 로컬식당들이 있음.걸어서 얼마 안걸림.꾸따까지는 택시로 15분내외.발리 교통상황에 따라 틀리지만 안막히고 가면 10분정도에도 갔음.숙소는 아주 아늑하고 조용했음.남들의 소음에서 벗어나 우리가족만의 휴식을 즐기기엔 딱.에어컨 빵빵하고 따뜻한물도 잘 나오고.수건도 넉넉히 가져다주고.맛사지도 받았는데 객실로 맛사지 침대를 가져와서 해줌. 집에서 받는 느낌임.위치가 애매해서 이 숙소 선택이 힘들수도 있겠지만 너무 만족스러운 곳임.후기가 왜이리 없나 싶을정도임.해외여행을 1년에 2회씩 다니는데 풀빌라는 처음이였는데 너무 좋았음.다만 욕실에 빗이 없으므로 comb는 챙기시길.모기쫒는 코드꽂아서 쓰는거도 비치되어 있음.진정한 휴식을 원하신다면 강력 추천.풀장도 생각보다 크고 깊었음.너무 이쁜 숙소임.청소상태도 좋음.

Cool private poor

The pool was good. Service was not that great. Staff asked for $15 to take us to kuta while we can get a taxi for $8. They then drooped the price when we told them it only costs us $8 the night before

This place is great for those who seek privacy. With your room, open area with kitchen, private pool and sunbeds all behind walls means you can relax fully without any disturbance or insight from anyone. Pool as well as room was clean. Breakfast was good and before coming with it they confirmed with a call so you can dress up if you so like. The downside is that you need a transport if you want to go anywhere. But reception called a rental company for us that brought i scooter in 10 min. And at a decent price (80k/day) Pictures from site match well the expectations on how it looks. Staff was generally very helpfull with requests and this was a very pleasant stay. Thank you

Well appointed with great service.

They picked us up from the Airport, the Villa was as described and the staff very helpful. There were no problems, the rooms were serviced to a high standard. Our driver... "Wayan" from the Villa, helped make our visit very memorable with his local knowledge and friendly service.

スタッフの笑顔が素敵なホテル

バリ島最終日に宿泊しました。エリアはサヌールですが、サヌールの中心地からは離れています。ホテルの送迎があるので、行きは問題ありません。帰りはタクシーになりますが・・・。タイトルのとおり、スタッフ全員が大変親切で、すれ違う際は必ず挨拶を笑顔でしてくれます。社員教育がしっかりしたホテルだなといった印象です。部屋はヴィラタイプですが、寝室とトイレ、風呂が部屋になっており、ダイニングやリビングと思われる所は屋外（屋根付き）でした。ヴィラでゆっくりするというよりは、ビジネスホテルにプールが付いたイメージで、あくまでも寝泊りのみで使うほうがいいと思います。

Good hotel but location is not great

We had a 2-room villa that could easily accomodate 2 adults and 2 kids in 2 bedrooms separated by a pool. This could be an issue for families who want to be closer from their kids in case they wake up at night but not for us. Villa was clean with international TV channels, open kitchen is nice and pool is more to decorate as relatively small. However few things went bad: - location: cannot go anywhere without taking a taxi and the hotel staff i snot very good at getting taxis. They ordered a taxi but we had to wait for 30 minutes and in the end the guy from the hotel dropped us in Sanur beach as no taxi was coming. It might not be the fault of the hotel staff but i had to suggest them to call another company ... so not very resourceful! - location: the hotel is by the road and unfortunately we had the first villa! Conclusion we have heard cars and motos all night long. There is no noise isolation. Maybe it is better in the latest villa but if you are noise sensitive ... do not take the first one.

服務人員很親切，很棒的小別墅！

這次雖然只入住一天，但店飯人員的親切服務令人難忘，入住時先奉上迎賓果汁及冰毛巾，隨後帶我們到villa簡介了房間和設備，環境非常乾淨、泳池的水也非常清澈，villa的小角落和中庭遍地的雞蛋花，讓人覺得可愛清新。早餐在入住時會選定，共有印尼式、美式和歐式三種類型，飯店人員會在預定的早餐時間來備餐，餐點、麵包、果汁、咖啡和茶擺滿了餐桌，美味又溫馨，希望下次有機會再訪。

Very nice villa in very quite area.

I really liked the villa I have rented out. It's very clean and tidy. The staff are really friendly and I hopefully I will rent the same place if I come back to Bali.
