Had bad first night do to a fight and screaming at 3am. Not employees or owners fault but un pleasent. Place wasnt very clean, pool was ok, needs work, bathroom in pool area very gross. The hotel isnt terrible but wasnt the cleanest place. I wouldnt choose this hotel again. The staff was very kind though so they are the only reason i dont give lower rating.

The second room was not so much nasty but wasn't clean we found someone else's belongings behind things dresser was was clothes behind night stand was papers and a book can tell the was there awhile they was really Dusty .. the first room they put us in nothing worked ! But they are remodeling so we just asked to be moved .. but even doe remodeling the cleanness could been kely up better halls stayed dirty and so on

This was an absolute disaster. Roaches in bathroom, people up and down hallways all hours of the night, we could not get any sleep. And then the online pictures made this place look half way decent but when you check in it’s a total nightmare. Beds are sucking in that they are 50 years old and it so outdated and nasty.

Absolutely looks nothing like the online photos. The property as a whole is disgusting. The water in the pool area is too nasty to see the bottom and smells like pond water. My suite was short a bed that was advertised in the room. Front staff just says use the couch that is a tiny 2 coushin couch. So i had to go buy an air mattress. Will step got in there again.

This is a hard review to write. Excellent: Staff and location are the best of the best in Pigeon Forge. My 2nd floor room was clean and spacious. Cons: common areas of hotel are falling apart. Pool is crumbling, pool bathroom is horrible. The pricing of rooms is very low, but there is really no breakfast. It would make more sense to raise the overall price only to improve amenities.

We got 2 rooms. The first rooms they put us in hadn't been cleaned yet. The second set of rooms had been "cleaned" but were still very dirty. Bandaids on the floor. Food left in the fridge. No towels in one room. No wash cloth or hand towels in the other room. One room the bath tub would not drain. When you flushed the toilet it sounded like a dying cat. Hot tub didn't work. Not happy at all.

The hotel was nothing like described online- the room I was in had two large burn marks in the wall and the hotel was under renovations in which they chose midnight to 6am to run generators and equipment. No sleep. Wish they would have made it known that it was under renovations. We would have chose a different one. The pool and lazy river were not as described and the "floats" for the lazy river were all deflated. The pool was not heated and the water was green. It may be better once the renovations are completed but would not recommend at this time.

We only had to stay for one night. But the toilet wouldn’t flush properly. Drop ceiling above the shower head had mold spots. The breakfast wasn’t great. The drinks were limited. (only one juice was working) No sooner than we turned on the ac my husband had an asthma attack and my eyes started to burn.

They were in the middle of a remodel which we were not made aware of until we got checked in and upstairs, where it was posted on the wall. That in and of itself was not a problem until they started actively remodeling the room next to ours from 12am until about 6am and ran a generator as well as loud banging all night. Staff were plenty friendly and the rooms are clean. The pool was kind of sketchy, and gave me a rash and just did not overall feel clean. I feel like if we had came after they had the remodel complete it would be a lot better.

Did not stay, have not had time to contact hotels.com about a refund. Beds were sunk in, food in sink, bugs dead around bed. Blood spots from bed bugs on sheets, horrid smell. DO NOT STAY!!!! RUN!!!

I booked 2 rooms for me and my kids first vacation and If I could have got my money back. I would have left as soon as I got there. It was horrible. The nightstand was broken in half. No remote for the television. The tolliet was broken. I had to fix it myself. They was dirt all over the floors. Rotten milk in the refrigerator. The room smelled like mold. They only have two towels and one wash rag in each room. I had to go buy towels tolliet paper and air freshener. 4 towels dose not go far with 9 people. The pool was nasty needed cleaned. And needed a lot of chlorine put in it. Yes they have some amazing pool hours if you could handle it not being clean because it doesn’t close until 2am and all the others close at 9 or 10 pm. So my vacation was not the best but me and my kids made the best of it.

ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS DO NOT EVER STAY HERE EVER!!!!! We didn’t even end up staying bc it was in such bad condition dirty no elevators downgraded our room didn’t tell us the fridge didn’t even work!! and NEVER REFUNDED US OUR MONEY!!!! This place is a scam!!!!
