Great value and terrific breakfast (many local people had me the breakfast was great and they did not lie!). It's clean and safe but the rooms are a little worn out. The shower head in my bathroom looked a little precarious but it worked for both hot and cold. The location is right downtown and there are lots of local shops and restaurants. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit.

Surpresa no café da manhã !!

Hotel limpo, arejado, organizado…entrega o que promete. Porém o real destaque é a funcionária ALICE (acho que é esse o nome)…ela fica no local do café da manhã… Se você se cruzar com ela, tenha certeza que seu dia será transformado pra muuuito melhor, uma pessoa doce, gentil e de um carisma incrível, se eu fosse dono de um Hotel, ela seria minha gerente !!!

Preço exorbitante para o que oferece. Porém amei o atendimento das meninas do café. Também observei que a segurança é comprometida a partir do momento em que chegamos e passamos direto pra o elevador, sem sermos questionados pelos recepcionistas (que mudam de acordo com seus turnos) sobre quem somos, em que quarto estamos hospedados, etc.

Atendimento da recepção muito bom, pessoal educado, atencioso e rápido. Porém o quarto o ar condicionado não gela, a cama não é confortável, o travesseiro estava com mancha, apenas uma toalha no banheiro, não disponibilizam shampoo, condicionador. ELEVADOR dá um tranco na parada de cada andar, não aparenta segurança, e para um elevador essa fator é de fundamental importância.

Quarto bem precário - só 1 tomada para carregar celular, colchão velho (sem firmeza) e roupa de cama SEM lençol para cobrir - apenas a colcha que estava na cama. Ponto positivo: excelente café-da-manhã.
