We had a really enjoyable stay at Townend Farm and Julie was extremely helpful booking a meal at the Tiger Inn and also giving us information about local bus services The breakfast was a really good standard and cooked perfectly . Our only concern was that the rooms were on the second floor with steep staircases which made it difficult to carry suitcases and to access the rooms.Perhaps it might be worth pointing out on the website Thankyou Julie for a lovely stay

Fantastic place.

Fabulous 2 nights here. Julie is a fabulous host and does an amazing brekky. Room is superb, fantastic hot shower, super comfy bed, bath robes, Molton Brown bathing products. TCMF. Hairdryer. Pre order brekky.

Very friendly B and B.

Great weekend, relaxing. Julie provides an excellent service, creating a home from home experience. We visited Saltburn which is delightful. The Ellerby Hall Hotel serves great food and the Tiger Inn, just over the road, is a friendly, basic pub and very handy!

Great farmstay B&B on edge of North York Moors

Very comfortable stay close to the North York Moors. Spotless accommodation, great breakfast and friendly, helpful service. Dinner choices nearby a bit limited but more variety a short drive away. Farmstay B&B doesn't get much better than this.
