The hotel is connected to the Tokushima Station and the Clement Plaza (small shopping center) so it is very convenient. I chose a bigger room and it was really nice, especially the bathroom with a tub that has a city view window (very nice at night).The bus stops are also right outside the main entrance and there are many dining options around the area.

However, even though I am a permanent resident of Japan, they asked to photocopy my Japanese Resident ID card, even after I told him, in polite Japanese, that this was against the law. Also, at check out, while I was waiting in line, two Japanese couples barged in front of me and were attended to first, for no apparent reason. I felt discriminated against, despite speaking the language and living in the country for 27 years.
