Everything is great Room is decent. Staff are nice and parking is great and love that they have the kitchen cause you can cook when you have your family here. Also, I love that it is pet friendly so far no complaint and this is my second week here because husband is on a job and I had no complaint yet.

I enjoyed the staff working at the hotel except one employee. She smelled like alcohol all the time, was grumpy, and rude at the front desk. The rooms look old but were comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped to cook, clean, and store items. Do recommend more cabinet space for those who stay there on a monthly basis. Recommend putting poop bags out in the area where dogs go potty. The area is full of poop and garbage. Somewhat clean area around the outside of the hotel. Could use some stray garbage pick up in some areas outside. Locks on doors need updated and fixed. Sometimes cards don't work on doors. Also poor keys. Always having to go to the front desk to get the keys reprogrammed. Housekeeping is fantastic! Always making sure your room is cleaned and that all guests have toiletries. Overall I would give this hotel 4 out of 5 stars.

Front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. Very close to highway, but kind of difficult to get to, winding through the hospital campus. Grounds around the property are a little bit of a mess. Seemed like there were a number of longer term guests there as well.

Overpriced rooms and low quality. Public hairs on top shelf in bathroom and little hairs in bedding. We were grossed out and didn’t stay the night. Clean otherwise. Rooms need some major updates. Needed a cheap night for a cross country drive and the other reviews and photos looked fine. The property does look ok on the outside, and it is convenient to highway 69 and the nearby hospital - also the staff at the front desk was very nice BUT there were stains on the sheets and towels, the floor was sticky, the hallways and various rooms were loud and REEKED of pot. Just know these things before you book. If you bring some cleaning supplies and your own sheets and towels, it's an economical way to go.

Waited at the counter for assistance for 15+min. When the employee finally came to the counter to check us in she was very rude and unprofessional. We rented two rooms and they were both disgusting. We walked in and walked right back out. Went to a hotel down the road.
