I love this hotel. It is perfectly placed on the Neumarkt Square by the Frauenkirche, within the old town. It is a top, top quality hotel with fantastic rooms, an awesome breakfast buffet and roof top bar. The staff are personable, helpful and welcoming. Just spending time at this hotel, with the room window open onto the square and the sound of the church bells peeling, along with the gentle chatter from the cafes and restaurants below is worth the trip to Dresden alone. Wonderful!

Hotel is in a fabulous location with a Christmas Market right out the front door, very festive! Walking distance to all other shopping and local Christmas Markets. Rooms were clean and spacious with comfortable beds. Staff were friendly and extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend and won’t hesitate to book again!

The location could not be better — right in the heart of the city, just a short walk from all the main attractions and many excellent restaurants. The rooms were spacious, clean and had the added bonus of having both shower and bath. The breakfast was amazing with the buffet and an additional cooked breakfast to order with no extra cost. The location of this hotel is excellent and because we stayed for the Christmas market it was literally outside the front of the hotel entrance. The only negative and this is just a personal one is that there was no tea making facilities and I do love a tea first thing in the morning but it was available in the restaurant for breakfast so not that big a problem.

Clean beautiful room in a great location! Staff was friendly and helpful. The only thing I didn’t like was not having a coffee maker in the room. Nearby coffee shops did not open, early and the hotel did not offer free coffee at their restaurant so I had to pay €5.50 for one small cup.
