The staff were so kind and helpful every step of the way. We needed to ship our luggage to the next hotel and made that process smooth for us. The hotel was also in a prime location close to multiple subway lines and food spots nearby. Can’t wait to come back!

I loved this hotel! It’s small and the spaces are tight, but this hotel is great value for money. I really appreciated the conveniences like the onsite coin wash. The laundry machines were very reliable, efficient and it only cost 100¥ per load.

10/10 Exceptional

Great area around the hotel to explore. Close to plenty of stations to get anywhere in Tokyo. Helpful staff that helped with luggage transfer. Decent sized hotel room for Tokyo as well. Will be staying here again the next time we visit Japan!

All around great stay, the usual great Japanese standards.
6-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Great stay, very cool hotel in a cool neighborhood, lots of restaurants near the museum, plus a lot of Harry Potter stuff. The staff was very friendly, the room was cosy, you can also get extra pillows and pick which type of pillow you want. My wife liked the onsen. You even get a small gift when you fill out a questionnaire!
Shai, 5-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Rooms were compact but the hotel and environs had everything we needed. Would stay again.
Eve, 3-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Peter, 4-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Great spot! Centrally located and extremely convenient. The onsen was clean and relaxing. Rooms are a bit small but typical for Tokyo! Would recommend to anyone looking for a reasonably priced quality hotel in the city.
Emily, 5-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Great spot for a day or two in Tokyo. The rooms are very small but very great for the price and the staff are fantastic!!
Ashley, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Great location close to many train stations. The neighborhood seems to be centered more towards businessmen & happy-hour bars. Rooms are small but comfortable and typical for Japanese hotels. Don't bother booking the "larger" room, as it's the same size as the standard one. The onsen is only available certain hours and is pretty small compared to other hotels. Breakfast is decent and they do provide lots of options. Staff is very polite and helpful. Overall the place is safe and clean and a great value for the price. I've stayed here twice now and would definitely recommend.
