Highly overpriced. The room was dirty and poorly maintained. One closet had a water heater with a bucket catching the dripping water. Bathroom was dirty. Room was dusty. Television did not work. Linens appeared stained and dirty. I was so disappointed I left after 2 hours and moved to another hotel. Pictures are not representative of the rooms either. Do not stay here there are many cheaper hotels that are clean with better amenities and services. The worst place I have ever stayed in Belgrade.

Couldn't be more central & the hotel room itself was fine. The staff was friendly and helpful. Stayed for two nights. No cleaning which was fine, but would have liked the rubbish bin emptied. The lift goes to the 5th floor - then walk up to the 6th floor. Would stay here again.

Good location but far from the main train station. Room was very small and we only had small carry-on size luggage with us. Very small and cramped bathroom too. Lift access was also confusing. Our room was clean and staff very helpful. The location was excellent, we were able to walk everywhere. We did not like the dirty stairs to get to the apartment and the run down building. The lift was only available up to the fifth floor and had to walk one more floor to get to our apartment with our suitcases.

The pictures looked nothing like the actual hotel. The was on the 6th floor of a building. The 1st 2 or 3 floors were bring refurbished and in a big mess with all the building work going on. The staff were friendly but i woulnt recommend this hotel. Prob the worst hotel ive booked with hotels.com

Perfectly positioned, artisticaly designed, lot of space , comfort. However, during the day somewhat loud in the room when receptionist speaks, as the reception is only few meters from the room and sound isolation on the door is really poor (and receptionist sometimes loud).

The room was not cleaned during our stay. The service of the room simply involved changing towels and straightening the bed linen. Location was very good but the entrance to the buiding needs a serious overhaul.
