被臨時換分館

臨時換分館是沒關係，不過換到的房間很像是櫃檯人員休息用的房間，置物空間太少了只有一個小茶几，雙人床上下邊都緊貼著牆壁，睡內側的還要用爬的，若是半夜想上廁所一定會吵醒旁邊的人，房間裡還有一股像是要蓋掉異味的奇怪香水味，雖然櫃檯人員服務態度還算不錯，不過這樣的房間真的不太舒適。

1.地點位置方便、價格便宜、離南雅夜市很近，適合過境（路）旅客、背包客入住。 2.設施部分一般，熱水有越洗越冷的問題、牆面有點斑駁；門禁管制有點鬆散。 3.本次入住2晚，清潔人員沒有進行房間清潔打掃。 4.入住第2晚凌晨4點多被隔壁的敲牆聲吵醒，接著門鈴也響了，櫃台人員領著隔壁房客說我們發出噪音（所以敲牆抗議），後來發現不是我們發出的聲音以後，只說了不好意思就離開，不僅打擾我們的睡眠，也沒有說明後續查明及處理的情形，應該要再加強。

有不滿意的地方是 原本訂的房間是含私人洗手間的 在網路已用信用卡全數繳付 結果到了被告知該房型沒了 只剩不含洗手間的房型 要去共用洗手間 不然要幫我換到另一間館 可是好不容易拖行李來了 根本不想再走 就只能硬頭皮住下來了 這有點過份

The hotel took a while to find as there’s no relatively entrance or sign to the hotel. It have just a small sign showing the name of the hotel. Hotel is relatively clean and spacious. Staffs are friendly as well.

還算符合他房價的住宿吧～床鋪蠻不舒適的，床架有凹凸，但床墊厚度不足以彌補掉這個缺陷;環境略顯擁擠，空間格局上有點小壓迫，房間內(五人)比較擠了一點;早餐蠻粗糙的(吐司+四種塗醬)，但是以假日一晚三百左右的價格來說，著實也不太應該苛責什麼，就看個人的接受度了

ใกล้สถานี Fuzhong ออก exit 1เดินใกล้สุด. ห้องน้ำมนตัวจะแยกมาอยู่อีกตึกนึงแต่พนักงานเดินนำทางมาเข้าห้องพัก. ทางเข้า รร. ก็ มี7-11 รร. เช็คอินได้ตอน 5โมงเย็น. แต่ในรายละเอียดบอก24 ชม.

住宿感受不佳的體驗:(

原本預訂一大床房型，被「免費升等」到兩大床房型(409)。 首先，先講優點的部份，房間雖然在老舊大樓內部，但是房間長廊跟內部是乾淨的，房間內有小型流理台，廁所也有洗衣機可以使用。 再來，從飯店及房間情況說起：1、套房房型和床位的位置在同一棟大樓，但是從1樓要從不同電梯搭，所以如果要取用飲品是很不方便的。2、房間門把需要維修，鑰匙跟鑰匙孔深淺似乎不一，無法輕易轉動；握把整個是歪斜的，稍微影響開門情況。3、窗戶隔音差，大樓內部似乎有舊式卡拉OK，到半夜2點都還聽得到歌聲。4、房間隔音差，過12點還聽得到其他房間嬉鬧的聲音。5、浴室為儲水式電熱水器，晚上未使用，當早上要洗澡時發現沒有熱水，經房務人員前來檢查仍無法使用。 最後，人員服務態度部分：6、發生上述第5項問題，2/3早上10:50左右致電和值班櫃檯人員反應，對方口氣有些不耐煩。對方說：「待會房務人員稍後上班來房間檢查」我問：「房務人員大概幾點鐘會上班呢？怕會耽誤退房時間」對方說：「等一下就上班了」我再次表示：「呃...大概多久時間？怕會耽誤退房時間」對方說：「退房時間延遲一小時可以嗎？」（無法確切描述當時的對話內容，大致上是如此，總之口氣讓我感受不是很好）7、續發生上述第5項問題，房務人員前來檢查後，開了熱水器電源說應該是沒開的問題，感覺就想離開了... 我說：「可是上面的說明寫著如果是加熱中會亮燈，但是燈沒有亮耶！確定這樣可以嗎？」對方才又繼續檢查，但熱水器似乎還是沒反應...我問：「還是有其他房間可以讓我們洗澡呢？」對方表示：「前面有一間剛退房的」我問：「可是浴室是乾淨的嗎？」對方表示：「不是」我：「......(無語)」對方表示：「還是你們要去床位那邊共用浴室洗呢？」我：「......算了，就去前面那間洗吧！」對於這樣的處理方式滿傻眼的，原本是想要有自己的空間、自己的衛浴才會選擇雙人套房，如今是旅館設備管理出問題，卻要我們去使用別人退房的浴室？當然瞭解如果開其他空房，可能會增加一間房間打掃的負擔，但至少應該先把退房的浴室部分，稍微整理一下（沖個水、收個垃圾之類）吧？ 或許以上對話描述會和當下情況有些微不同，但是感受真的是不好的，覺得對方有點隨便的感覺...最後我們大概是在12:00-12:30間退房，雖然住宿價格優惠不到$1500，但是同等或更低價格的老飯店也會有其他選擇，至少沒有遇過這種服務的，下次不會再選擇此旅店了。
