Great location in town and walking distance to restaurants and shops within a few blocks. Staff was very friendly and room was good for a few nights. Decent amount of construction around the area so was not quiet during the daytime, but comfortable at night. Room could use a few upgrades as things felt worn, but was a great value for the space.

Disappointing boutique hotel

Recepion terrible. When we arrived receptionist was on a personal call and did not care about us. We had to wait for her to finish. Could not park the car as the entrance to the garage was blocked by a car of one of the people renovating the restaurant. After we unpacked we went out for about an hour. When we returned the front door to the hotel was locked. We called the after hours number on the door and nobody answered. Later a man appeared and opened the door saying he is alone and had to lock when he was upstairs. Our stay included breakfast. As they are renovating the restaurant we received a voucher to use at a nearby coffee shop. We voucher limited us to 1 of 2 breakfasts listed on the menu and a cup of coffee. I am not surprised that the hotel was empty. I cannot recommend the place. Totally disappointing.

While the property is in a great location and the staff including the owner and Sammy are excellent hosts, we will not stay here again because it was distinctly average. The walls had markings like something had splashed on it and it had been wiped off, giving rather irritating streaks on the bedroom wall by the door and the bathroom walls. The bed linens were not very old, did not quite fit the bed and in comfortable as were the bed and pillows. Breakfast was average as well. The room is also really small so if you have big suitcases and staying for more than a night or two, you may struggle with the space.

Horrendous experience

I did not even get to check-in. Parking was unavailable, either in the front of the hotel, and the entrance to the parking garage was small, thus no SUV would fit. When I asked for a refund, I was put on the phone with the owner. He asked me what time in the morning was I checking in?. Strange as it was three in the afternoon. Check-in starts at two. He then asked me if I was scared and what type of vehicle I drove, he also asked me where I was from and how many businesses I owned, he constantly repeated the questions, again and again, then laughed, asking me why I was so tense after trying to explain the issue numerous times. Draw your own conclusions. Never again

Breakfast was slow to arrive and not much to choose from, server was unresponsive. room was a disgrace, we moved once from an even worse room, the first room we were shown a worker appeared from the toilet while we were standing there. We had no choice but to stay the first night but moved the next morning to a different hotel. The manager we spoke to while leaving said she was outraged by what we told her and would ensure we received at least a partial refund, That never happened. I have tried to reach out and ask about the refund but received no reply. Be warned it is a terrible place and there are plenty of others to choose from.

Centralt hotell i närheten av restauranger och barer. Hotellet kändes lite slitet samt har begränsat med parkeringar. Till det så är det väldigt trångt att komma in och ut med bilen. Frukost var ok. Safety box fungerade ej trots att detta påpekades blev den inte fixad.
