My plane landed at 4:48pm. After being stranded at the Mont. Airport because the rental car was close. When i arrived to the hotel they were close. I booked another hotel. Requested a full refund and was denied by this hotel. NEVER CHECKED INN. FYI UNSAFE AREA, SEARCH WARRANTS AND DRUG TRAFFICKING PER MPD.

Not good for extended stay. No kitchen supplies. Staff was rude and unhelpful. Room was clean and ok. A bit sketchy at night for a solo traveler. I would not stay here again.

I booked this stay based on the chain name and familiarity and stays primarily in Houston. Upon arriving after an 11 hr drive, the office was closed and we received our keys from a man parked at the entrance of the motel. Flag #1. We go to the room and all the doors look like they have been beaten and heavily dented. Flag #2. Entering the room and putting my purses on the desk, a roach casually walked across it. Flag #3. It was about 1 am at that point and we were too tired to drive around looking for another hotel. The floor sagged going towards the bathroom. The bathroom. Yah. I guess it was clean as possible. Towels have been used past their lifetime. Headboard heavily stained. Flags 4-10. We slept for a few hours promptly at 8 after going to the office to ask for a refund. Denied.

Although the staff was friendly, the room itself didn’t looked like in photos, weed can be smelled in the room, poor lighting, pool was without water, and hotel surroundings didn’t look safe.

Best least expensive hotel I’ve been in a long time. A couple things were messed up but got them fixed quickly it was cleaner than most cheap hotels and it had a stove.
