I was absolutely disappointed as a guest, the bed had a deepening in the middle, the furniture inside the room was damaged all around, the walls were dirty. I looked forward to staying here as a person who has lived in this city but will never recommend.

O hotel, como um todo, é muito bom, muito bonito e bem localizado na praia de Atalaia. Os ambientes são limpos e agradáveis. O café da manhã é excelente, bem variado. As refeições servidas pelo restaurante são de ótima qualidade e bom preço. Possui uma piscina que é limpa todos os dias. Todos os integrantes das equipes (recepção, restaurante e limpeza) são muito educados, atenciosos, prestativos e competentes. O apto é grande, bem equipado (tv, ar-condicionado, boa cama, mesas de trabalho e de alimentação). Contudo, embora limpo, o apto 120 apresentava parede mofada. O teto do banheiro também estava mofado. Já as paredes do banheiro (azulejos) apresentavam muita sujeira, do chão ao teto. A saboneteira de parede e o porta papel-higiênico estavam quebrados. Além disso, a água do banho formava uma poça e não escorria pelo ralo (que não estava entupido). Outra situação negativa, que foi resolvida com "jeitinho" pela equipe de manutenção, é que o apto só possui tomadas de 10A mas o secador de cabelos cedido pelo hotel possui tomada de 20A. Por fim, o wi-fi não era de boa qualidade, perdendo o sinal com frequência.

Hotel cumpre o que promete. Apesar da confusão na recepção, pois trocaram meu nome, mesmo eu apresentando o documento, no final foi resolvido. Um ponto que apesar de ser "beira mar", não tem serviço de praia além de não emprestarem toalhas para ida a praia.

Venho fazer uma avaliação atualizada no dia 17/05/2026 no hotel, Minha experiência foi extremamente positiva, recepção organizada, quartos limpos, piscina limpa e organizada, café da manhã ótimo, com variedade como frutas, cuscuz, bolinhos, salgadinhos, suco natural, café, entre outros, fora que era só pedir as funcionarias ovo mexido ou tapioca que elas faziam na hora, sem contar o atendimento dos funcionarios, todos extremamente educados, me senti bem recepcionada e com conforto sergipano indescritivel, não sei como era ANTES o hotel, mas no momento, qualquer avaliação negativa é quem procura um hotel estilo copacabana palace.. O hotel é um simples extremamente confortavel e só de ter funcionarios educados fazem a experiência valer 10 vezes mais!

Hotel limpo e aconchegante, funcionários muito educados, principalmente Júnior da recepção que nos recebeu muito bem. O estacionamento fica na frente do hotel, às vezes fica meio confuso, mas o funcionário da recepção resolve tranquilamente a situação. O ar condicionado gela bastante. A única coisa que me incomodou é porque tinha muitss formigas no quarto. Sugiro trocar a mobilia e fazer uma detetização. A piscina é maravilhosa.
