Wonderful stay with our own pool 😌

We stayed in the two bedroom villa with our own pool. It was a wonderful 5 nights stay. The hotel was clean and nice although the pool area is a little worn out ans the safety vests were too dirty to wear, we spent a lot of time in the pool with the kids.

We stayed at the beach house the kitchen area microwave and refrigerator was stinky and not cleaned so had to clean everything myself, but the location and the view from the house was amazing! Service was excellent, breakfast was decent. Thank you, will definitely stay again!

Green Zone - superb location

The Green zone part of this hotel is excellent even though it is across the road from the main resort and not on the beach. The rooms and location were far superior to that of the main hotel in my opinion. Great size room with double bed and the bathroom is large with walk in shower and large bath, plus the bathroom is covered in slate and stonework a great finish and standard. Each bungalow is free standing and not linked to another room. All have patios with basket chair to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet of this location.

Staff at reception are very helpful and efficient. Although can't speak much English, they will try to assist and help their guests. Nice place to stay but a bit of walking distance to the main road. Along the way, there's some restaurants that serve Asian and western food. There's one that I hv been eating there a few times with my children as price reasonable, lots of varieties, fast serving but always full house. Servers are friendly but need to wait if u want to eat there. Only setback is most restaurants got no aircond coz it's open air. Only fan and air cooler.

We stayed at the Famiana Green Villa and were upgraded to the Famiana Beach Resort and Spa. Both were great places to stay, the staff is very attentive and courteous and the rooms were clean. The Green Villa does not have a beach access, though the beach is a short walk from the hotel. Access to the beach is not hard to find, but the beach you will find is quite polluted with garbage. We were upgraded to the Famiana Beach Resort and Spa for our last two nights because we were told that the Green Villa was overbooked. We did not see many guests at either resort but definitely appreciated the upgrade as we got to enjoy an ocean view at the Beach resort. The staff at both these resorts were so friendly and catered to our every needs. This place is a short taxi ride away from fhe Night Market, has some dining options nearby and we overall enjoyed our stay in Phu Quoc.

My wife and I stayed in a private villa for two nights and that wasn’t nearly long enough. We loved the atmosphere, the privacy, and the staff was accommodating when we needed a late check out due to flight delays. As well as changes to our shuttle time to the airport, which changed multiple times. The buffet breakfast was great, fresh fruit, good meats, and plenty of variety for sweet or savory pallets. The drinks from the bar (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) were also excellent. Their coffee was incredible. My wife and I debated on staying another couple of nights because the property is beautiful and well taken care of. All staff were friendly and helpful! Our room was spotless, we had control over the ac, and the bathroom was well kept. The only con was the phone in the room didn’t work, but they had a laminated notice explaining the phones weren’t working and provided alternative ways of contact for the front desk.

Rummet var superfint og værelset med privat pool var en kæmpe succes. Spulethanen ved poolen virkede dog ikke, ej heller gjorde boblerne i de bolblebadene i de to værelser. Det gjorde dog ikke noget ved opholdet, som var fantastisk. Alle var super søde både over for os og vores børn.

Fantastisk Oase

Fantastisk Oase, vi elskede vores ophold her. Værelserne var pæne og komfortable og poolen var ren og indbydende. Personalet var meget hjælpsomt uanset hvad det handlede om og hele hotellet var pænt og hyggeligt. Ligger ca 5km fra natmarkedet, men derfor også stille og roligt om aftenen. Vi ville gerne være blevet længere.
