Every day truly feels like Christmas at The Inn at Christmas Place in Pigeon Forge. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere wrapped us up like a holiday memory you never want to end. The decorations, the music, the lights—everything is magical, no matter the time of year. The staff goes above and beyond in a way you don’t see often anymore. They’re kind, welcoming, and make you feel like you’ve been part of their family for years. You can tell they love what they do, and it shows in every interaction. The food was amazing, and the homemade cookies were a hit with all of us. The kids had endless activities to enjoy, and of course, Santa himself made the experience unforgettable—singing, visiting, and bringing that true Christmas spirit to life. The location is perfect too. There’s so much to do right around the hotel, and it’s only a short drive to Gatlinburg, which made exploring the area easy and fun. One of the things that stood out the most was the sense of community. Many guests come back several times a year and stay connected throughout the seasons. It says everything you need to know about this place—it’s more than a hotel, it’s a tradition. We can’t wait to come back again soon. We loved absolutely everything about our stay at the Inn at Christmas Place and it was amazing in every way! The staff were amazing as well as all the beautiful decorations, Santa singing Christmas carols, the pool, lazy river and hot tub were all exceptional and I give it my highest recommendation! The rooms were also very clean and comfortable and I felt the price was reasonable for all the amenities that are offered. We didn’t get to eat the breakfast as we had to leave early but from what I’ve read the food selection is wonderful and I would imagine that it is as they do everything well there! Thank you for a wonderful stay and I hope to be back again one day!
