Clean place to stay with nice businesses nearby. No elevator, a little far from public transport, not a super social hostel, and most importantly NO AC - just a little fan. Was very hot in July and we ended up sleeping with the window wide open for some air flow.

Great hostel!

Easy check in and very helpful lady on reception. Room was clean with private toilet. Shared bathroom was large and always clean and shared kitchen was good to have. Great place and 15 min from airport to metro station, then 10 min walk to hostel.

Good place because it is in the center of the city. The personnel are friendly and helpful It’s more better if the room has its own toilet and had aircon because it’s so hot when it is only an electric fan. Thanks and more power.

Good location, good price

Easy check in. Friendly staff. Bed was comfortable. We had a private double room, which was spacious. There was no aircon, which might be a problem in the summer. Bathrooms were clean and never had to wait to use them. The rooms have high ceilings and was quite echoey, so found it quite loud, doors slamming etc. Be aware there is building work currently going on outside which woke us up one morning. Would stay again.

Very nice, very clean. I stayed in a single bed room - there was no air con so be prepared to use a very loud fan …. The other disadvantage is that some of the guests like to slam doors multiple times in the middle of the night. But other than that this is a pretty decent place, and I was really happy with the location as well.

HORRIBLE HOSTEL

Our stay at Green Heart Hostel in Lisboa was NOT great. At first it seemed okay, but when we were chilling in our beds the first night my boyfriend looked at the floor and it was roaches. We got moved to another room that they called an " upgrade" because it had a balcony. Fast forward to the balcony being under construction and the workers coming at 9:00 AM waking us up. Last but not least, the second morning when we woke up in our new room it was FLEAS biting us. So don't come to this hostel if you don't want some extra pets.

Decent stay in a good location

Our room was in the second building, not in the same building as the reception. We were lucky to have 5 rooms on our floor sharing 2 full bathrooms and a kitchen. No issues with waiting to use the bathrooms, which were very clean. Only issue was that our room was right above a bar, which was very loud when the live band was playing. Outside of the live band (i think just for weekend nights?), the noise from the bar isnt too bad. It is an old building, so soundproofing isnt great, we could hear every door slam and footstep. Heard from the other guests who stayed in the main building where the reception is that they werent too pleased with the noise levels, probably cause there were more people staying on that side. Also there seemed to be more rooms, but only 2 showers and 1 toilet for the floor.

1 Stern für die bequemen Betten. Hostel ist in sehr schlechtem Zustand. Im Zimmer gibt es nur die Betten, die übrigens knarren wenn man sich setzt, keine Stühle/klein Tisch etc. Es gibt nicht genug Badezimmer, nur 2 auf der Etage und man muss lange warten. In der Toilette auf dem 2. Stock schließt der Riegel nicht richtig und ich konnte nicht raus. Die Sauberkeit, als wir am Sonntag Abend angereist sind, war schrecklich. Die Küche ist klein, aber es gibt genug Geschirr. Das Gebäude braucht dringend Renovierung.

Un po deludente

Esperienza un pò deludente poichè le foto non corrispondono in modo oggettivo a quelle che poi sono le camere, molto piccole, tenute male e vecchie (nemmeno scolava bene l’acqua dal lavandino), inoltre le camere non sono minimamemte insonorizzate, se qualcuno sale dalle scale si sentono anche i passi ed i respiri affannosi visti i 4 piani senza ascensore di scale ripidissime. Lato positivo la posizione.
