live like a local

Along the famous train 28E on hill side. It maybe a little bit far from centre about 20-25mins walk but there is a very local district. The room is nice and also has simple kitchen, free lemon water and coffee. And just EU1 soft drinks.

旅館工作人員服務態度很好，很熱心，幫忙我們解決很多突發狀況，例如協助打電話到機場詢問我們行李遺失的問題、協助叫計程車等等，讓我們不會過度慌亂。附近有不錯的咖啡廳與餐廳，大門口就有公車站，雖然離地鐵站稍遠，但在波爾圖走路不是太大的問題~

我们在这家公寓式酒店住了4晚带卫生间的套房，房间宽大舒适，居住愉快。共用的厨房设施齐全，有免费的饼干和面包。公共阳台能让人放松休息。酒店在里斯本老城区的高处，出门无法乘坐地铁，但可坐老式电车等公交车辆。为了能更好的出游，少些障碍，对这家酒店一带的交通要提前了解清楚，否则会花不少时间去找路和找景点。

Very worst experience !!

Our room no TV, no a/c, no bathroom, just beside the road and the bus stop, we can't open the window because it was too noisy outside, we ask for change the room but just response "no, fully booked" but we find out still had some rooms were vacant, so we cancelled one night and pay the penalty, this is our most worst hotel experience, very very bad !!

We really enjoyed our stay was greeted by a very friendly member of staff who was very kind gave us a tour of the place told us all the important information that we needed to know. It was just a great place to stay would highly recommend you can use the kitchen we had a lovely room the bed was so comfortable. A very nice and safe neighbourhood don’t forget the comfortable shoes you will need them. Overall we really enjoyed our time here 😊

Die Unterkunft ist sehr individuell eingerichtet. Die Küche kann gemeinschaftlich genutzt werden. Die Lage ist super, man kann alles zu Fuß machen. Das Personal ist super freundlich! Unser Zimmer lag zur Straße und es war recht laut.

Nous avons séjourné une nuit avant notre retour pour prendre l’avion mais Josua bons adorée tout tout de cette chambre dans une jolie maison! Nous aurions pu y passer plusieurs jours sans contredit. Pedro est un hôte super! Parles français en plus c’est un bel ajout. C’est bien situé dans un quartier pas trop touriste de Lisbonne mais en même temps ça se fait bien à pied disons le Time Out Market est à 25 minutes à pied Nous y retournerions sans contredit Merci

Going back to House Sao Bento felt like going back home after a long day of exploration! Spacious room, comfortable bed and kitchen available for a quick coffee and breakfast. Location is remote enough to feel outside of the tourist trap but close enough thanks to the 28 tram that runs nearby. Highly recommend !

The staff who I talked to all throughout my stay were nice and friendly! My room and the separate bathroom were clean. I thought my room was nicely decorated too. The guesthouse has a balcony around the corner from the kitchen. Nice place to just relax after a day of exploring the city centre. I was able to use the washer and dryer to clean some of my clothes as I still had other destinations to go during my trip. Because it's a guesthouse, it's different from a hotel. It actually felt like I was staying in a house in Lisbon so this was a nice "Lisbon experience". The location is not bad (about 20 mins walk from TimeOut Market). There is a bus stop right in front of the guesthouse so that was good. The only thing I would maybe do differently next time is reserve a room that has its own bathroom inside the suite. One evening I drank too much liquids and kept having to go in/out of my room to use the private bathroom reserved for me. So it was kind of annoying having to walk across the hallway and try not to disturb the other guests. The only con is the dryer wasn't good. Even after a few hours, some of my clothes were still wet and I had to hang them inside my room. Overall, nice guesthouse! I recommend staying here.
